See Drake White Sing ‘Livin’ the Dream’ at ‘Live in the Vineyard’
Drake White’s single “Livin’ the Dream” is a breezy anthem for appreciating the joys and pleasures of one’s life, even if it isn’t always perfect. White had good cause to keep that message top of mind over the weekend, as he got to perform at the Live in the Vineyard festival in Napa, California.
Kicking off November 4th and spread over the next two days, Live in the Vineyard brought guests to California’s famed wine country for a sensory experience of fine wines, chef-prepared meals and intimate musical performances. In addition to White, artists included O.A.R., Colbie Caillat, Mike Posner, Phillip Phillips and others. In a behind-the-scenes video, White and others take the stage while guests sip wine and sample the chef’s creations. Live in the Vineyard is held twice a year, usually in April and November, according to the festival website.
White has enjoyed a fruitful second half of 2016, with “Livin’ the Dream” rising on the charts and his long-awaited full-length Spark finally arriving in August. He also spent a good portion of the summer opening shows on Zac Brown Band’s Black Out the Sun Tour. He’ll rejoin Brown in January 2017 for the Castaway with Southern Ground gathering.
