See a Humorous Sneak Preview of Faith Hill, Tim McGraw on ‘The Voice’

Superstar couple join the NBC show October 24th as advisers for all four teams

She has five Grammy awards, among countless other honors, and is one of the biggest crossover successes – and most beautiful voices – in country music history. He has sold more than 50 million records and scored a staggering 41 Number One songs. So, between them, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw can teach The Voice contenders a whole lot — including the mud dance.

Hill instructs a budding artist to strut the stage as if she’s walking through mud in a preview clip of the superstar couple’s upcoming episodes on the NBC talent competition. That’s one of several humorous moments in the video, which also shows a lot of mutual ribbing between McGraw and Voice coach Blake Shelton.

Hill and McGraw, who just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary, will be advisers for all four teams on The Voice, beginning with the October 24th episode. “Having the perspective of performing live in many different venues, from clubs to stadiums, will help us in working with The Voice artists this season,” Hill says. “It’s important that they be able to connect with their audience.”

Now in its 11th season, The Voice is down to the top 32 contestants. Next week’s episodes mark the beginning of the Knockout Rounds. The show airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
