Miranda Lambert Launches Pet Care Line: The Ram Report
The Global Pet Expo begins today in Orlando, Florida, where a new pet care line called MuttNation Fueled by Miranda Lambert will make its debut. The country star has teamed with Petmate to create a collection of bedding, collars, leashes, toys and much more — all carrying her country-meets-rock & roll stamp. Proceeds will go to MuttNation, the non-profit organization Lambert and her mother founded in 2009 to help pet rescue and adoption efforts, along with spay and neutering campaigns, food and medical treatment for homeless animals, service dog placement and more.
“The creation of MuttNation is a dream come true,” writes Lambert in a statement. “It’s an extension of me and my mom’s love for all dogs and our goal of helping every dog find a happy, loving home. We are beyond thrilled to have Petmate as a committed and trustworthy partner that shares that same vision. There are millions of beautiful dogs looking for homes and it is our hope that in addition to raising money, we will raise awareness to the joy of adopting a shelter pet.”
Lambert is gearing up for her Keeper of the Flame tour, also featuring Kip Moore and Brothers Osborne. She’ll also team up with Kenny Chesney this spring for a few special appearances on his Spread the Love tour.
