Luke Bryan continues to spread good will on his That’s My Kind of Night Tour. In conjunction with a contest sponsored by Miller Light, the country superstar is flying in 45 soldiers to Soldier Field this Sunday, treating the U.S. Army and Air Force service men and women to flights, hotels and free tickets to his Chicago show. As an added bonus, Dierks Bentley will join regular openers Lee Brice and Cole Swindell as a special guest at the concert.

The father of two did some heartstring-tugging last week in New York, as well. A 4-year-old boy at his Saratoga Springs concert caught the singer’s attention with a T-shirt that read, “Luke Bryan is one of the pieces to my puzzle,” and Bryan thought that was “interesting”… but didn’t know the whole story. It turns out the child has Asperger’s Syndrome (a form of autism) and really comes out of his shell when singing Luke Bryan songs. A local radio station got wind of this and recruited Bryan to give the little boy a surprise phone call. Watch a video of their conversation below.

Bryan continues to warm hearts and break records on his That’s My Kind of Night Tour. Last week, he sold out back-to-back shows in Cleveland, Ohio, becoming the only country artist in the Blossom Music Center’s 45-year history to sell out two consecutive nights. He also filled every seat for two shows at Cincinnati’s Riverbend Music Center. Tickets for both nights were gone in 20 minutes.

In addition to Chicago, Bryan’s tour also stops in Indianapolis this weekend (August 29th and 30th). His second sold-out show at New York’s Madison Square Garden is set for September 12th, followed by another history-making concert on September 14th, when the Georgia native will be the first country artist to headline Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center.
