Lady Antebellum Singer Hillary Scott Is Pregnant
Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott and husband Chris Tyrell are expecting their first child, the singer revealed on Friday.
“Chris & I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year!” 26-year-old Scott Tweeted. “We are having a BABY! We feel so blessed!!!”
Scott and Tyrell, the drummer for the country music trio Love and Theft, were married last January in upstate New York. The couple first met in 2010 when their bands were touring together as opening acts for Tim McGraw, and Tyrrell proposed to Scott over Fourth of July weekend in Tennessee in 2011.
Lady Antebellum released their first full-length Christmas album, On This Winter’s Night, in October, following up on their 2010 holiday EP, A Merry Little Christmas.
