Inside Garth Brooks’ Massive 10-Disc Retrospective: The Ram Report
Garth Brooks has announced plans for his new album, but as is his norm, Brooks is parsing out the details. For now, the superstar has revealed that the record will be part of a 10-disc retrospective set.
Titled Garth Brooks: The Ultimate Collection, the massive career-spanning package will include nine discs of past hits arranged in thematic playlists. All of the songs are remastered, and the set will also include a number of unreleased songs and bonus tracks. The Ultimate Collection will be available exclusively at Target, in stores November 11th.
The new album, which presumably will be released on its own as well, remains untitled for now. It’s the follow-up to his 2014 comeback album Man Against Machine.
Brooks is currently in the midst of his ongoing world tour. Today, he announced a new stop in Richmond, Virginia, set for November 12th – the day after the Ultimate Collection‘s release.
