Garth Brooks has always been partial to big reveals, so it’s no surprise he’s announcing one show at a time for his big comeback tour. Today’s revelation: Atlanta’s Phillips Arena on September 19th.

Time Out: 10 Artists Who Walked Away

Georgia’s capital city is the second stop on the Garth Brooks World Tour With Trisha Yearwood, but the eleventh show. The country icon will kick off the trek with ten concerts in Chicago, beginning September 4th. More than 180,000 tickets for the Windy City run were sold in under three hours last week. That set a personal record for Brooks, besting his 1997 ticket sales at the same Chicago venue.

The country superstar’s 2014-2015 world tour is his first in 13 years. But the wait has been even longer for Atlanta-area fans, as he hasn’t played there in 18 years. Tickets go on sale August 8th at 10:00 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster. All seats are $71.50, which includes tax and service fees.

Brooks will certainly add new music to his set-list, testing the waters on new songs for an upcoming album, set for release in late November. The project marks a few firsts for the seasoned entertainer: his first LP with Sony Music Nashville and his first time to sell music digitally, though only through his own website.

“If you had to put it in a box for me, [it’d be] ‘Garth Music,'” Brooks said at a recent Nashville press conference, describing the songs he’s chosen for the album. “You’re damn straight we’ll do cowboys songs on this album.”
