Faith Hill, Tim McGraw to Play Historic Anniversary Show

Today’s Ram Report celebrates the country couple’s 20th anniversary, which they’ll mark by performing the Ryman Auditorium together for the first time

Twelve minutes was all it took to sell out Nashville’s iconic Ryman Auditorium tonight, where Faith Hill and Tim McGraw will co-headline a show in celebration of their 20th wedding anniversary.

The country power couple has never co-hosted a show at the Ryman before, as their joint Soul2Soul and Soul2Soul II tours played to much bigger venues. It’s been a decade since the latter tour, which played to almost 2 million fans and broke the record for the highest-grossing country tour of all time.  More recently, Mr. and Mrs. McGraw shared the stage for a residency at Las Vegas’ Venetian Hotel and Casino, from late 2012 through 2014.

Tonight’s show was just officially announced on Monday, but fans quickly caught on last week when the Ryman posted a show billed “Sam and Audrey.” The superstar singers’ full names are Samuel Timothy McGraw and Audrey Faith Perry Hill. The bride and groom mark 20 years of wedded bliss this Thursday, October 6th.

Rolling Stone Country will have a full recap of the Hill-McGraw Ryman show tomorrow.
