Chris Stapleton, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw Join ACM Awards Lineup

Reba, Carrie Underwood, Sam Hunt also join live telecast set for April 2nd

Chris Stapleton is among the performers just announced for the 52nd ACM Awards on Sunday, April 2nd.

The Academy of Country Music has revealed nearly a dozen additional performers who have joined the already stellar lineup for the upcoming 52nd ACM Awards. Keith Urban, this year’s top nominee with seven nods, has been added to the show, along with Chris Stapleton, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flatts. The annual event will also feature appearances from Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, Sam Hunt and contemporary Christian singer Lauren Daigle.

Previously announced performers include New Female Vocalist winner Maren Morris and Miranda Lambert, both of whom secured six nominations this year, as well as Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, New Vocal Duo/Group winners Brothers Osborne, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line with the Backstreet Boys, Lady Antebellum, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town and New Male Vocalist Jon Pardi.

Ahead of – and later on the night of – the awards show, Sunday, April 2nd, the ACM’s annual Party for a Cause will also feature Stapleton, Ballerini, Lady Antebellum and many others, mixing industry and fan events at numerous venues in Las Vegas, with Billy Currington, Ryan Follese, LoCash, Kip Moore, Jake Owen, Michael Tyler, Clay Walker and Brett Young among those artists taking part. These events during the week benefit ACM Lifting Lives, the Academy’s philanthropic arm supporting music-related charitable initiatives.

The red carpet pre-show for the 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards will live stream exclusively on Twitter on April 2nd, beginning at /. Co-hosted by Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley, the 52nd ACM Awards broadcast live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Sunday, April 2nd at , ET (delayed PT) on CBS.
