Blake Shelton will headline a show at the Mother Church of Country Music next month. The Voice coach is Nashville-bound for both CMA Music Fest, where he’ll perform at Nissan Stadium, and the Stars for Second Harvest show at the Ryman Auditorium, which will raise money for families in need of food.
The June 7th event also features Shane McAnally, Josh Osborne, Chris Lane and Kane Brown. Returning host Craig Wiseman, one of the most celebrated songwriters in country music, has penned a long list of the headliner’s hits: “Mine Would Be You,” “Boys Round Here,” “Came Here to Forget,” “Hillbilly Bone,” “Green” and “100 Miles.”
“Blake has always been a true friend and I’m ecstatic that he’s agreed to collaborate on making a difference in the lives of those struggling with hunger in Middle Tennessee by headlining this event and making it a party that our guests will never forget,” says Wiseman.
Now in its 12th year, the Stars for Second Harvest show has raised almost $1 million, providing 3.5 million meals for underprivileged families.
