Blackberry Smoke, Aaron Lewis Plot Co-Headlining Fall Tour

The fall tour season is just around the corner, and now there’s a new double bill to add to your list: Aaron Lewis and Blackberry Smoke.
The artists just announced their forthcoming Sinners and Sanctified Tour, a co-headlining run that spans much of October and November. Indiana-born throwback country songwriter Alex Williams, who was just named one of Rolling Stone Country‘s 10 New Country Artists You Need to Know earlier this month, will open the shows.
Blackberry Smoke’s most recent album Like an Arrow was released in late 2016 and features an appearance by the late Gregg Allman on the track, “Free on the Wing.” They’re currently out on the road with the Cadillac Three, with some headlining dates as well as slots with Gov’t Mule between now and the kickoff of Sinners and Sanctified.
Lewis’ 2016 release Sinner snagged the former Staind singer the Number One slot on Billboard‘s Top 200 Albums chart upon its release in August 2016. It was the follow-up to his 2012 solo debut, The Road. Lewis is also touring right up until the Sinners and Sanctified tour begins.
Tickets are on sale now. The tour kicks off October 12th in Shreveport, Louisiana.
