Band Perry to Unveil New Album With Intimate Pop-Up Shows

Taking a page from Lady Gaga’s playbook, the Band Perry will preview their upcoming pop album with a series of intimate pop-up concerts next month. The trio’s Welcome to My Bad Imagination trek will consist of nine shows, kicking off March 5th in Atlanta at Terminal West. See the list of dates below.
In addition to spotlighting some of the material that will take the sibling trio in a new musical direction, when their album is released later this year, a pop-up shop containing exclusive collectors-edition pieces of merchandise designed by the band will be available at each of the tour stops.
The pop-up tour isn’t the only nod the trio has given to Gaga recently. The group’s social media sites and publicity materials have been overhauled with their updated, edgier look, shot by famed fashion photographer Steven Klein and Lady Gaga’s creative director Nicola Formichetti at the helm. The Tennessee trio showcased their new look and sound in a performance of their latest single, “Stay in the Dark,” on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon last week, performing on a darkened stage, illuminated by just a handful of rotating spotlights.
Tickets for the upcoming shows will be available for pre-sale on Thursday, February 16th, at 10 a.m. local time for 24 hours. Public ticket sales begin Friday, February 17th at 10 a.m. local time.
