For such a soapy drama, there certainly are a lot of laughs on the set of Nashville. In fact, the two most villainous characters on the show, Juliette Barnes and Jeff Fordham, are played by the two actors whom the cast collectively agrees create the most fodder for the show's blooper reel, Hayden Panettiere and Oliver Hudson.

Panettiere, Hudson, Connie Britton, Chip Esten and the whole cast of singing actors (no Auto-Tune allowed) welcomed Rolling Stone to the taping of the Season Two finale, part of which was filmed at the Downtown Presbyterian Church in the heart of Music City. In preview of the May 14 episode, we captured behind-the-scenes moments from the set, along with candid comments from the cast about everything from pill popping and bed hopping to the musical numbers that keep Nashville true to its namesake city.
