'Comes a Time I' (1978)

Neil Young isn't usually one to listen to his label on musical matters, but for some reason when they asked him to add additional instrumentation to Comes a Time after he turned in a solo version, he acquiesced. The original Comes a Time has never surfaced, but it seems like something that's likely to end up on a box set. He's played songs like "Goin' Back," "Lotta Love" and "Field of Opportunity" solo acoustic at many of shows shows, giving people a pretty good idea of the original Comes a Time sound.
