After a weeks-long spat over money that culminated in a lawsuit against 20th Century Fox Television, the cast of Modern Family has agreed in principle to new contracts for the show’s upcoming fourth season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Adult cast members Ty Burrell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen, Eric Stonestreet and Sofia Vergara will see a salary bump from their previous earnings of around $65,000 per episode to a little more than $150,000.

Including bonuses, the five cast members will make as much as $175,000 and will also score a small cut of the show’s back-end earnings. That brings them in line with Ed O’Neill, who previously made substiantially more than his castmates. O’Neill now will receive a larger cut of the back-end profits.

As part of the agreement, the cast members added one year to their seven-season deals and dropped the lawsuit against 20th Century Fox Television. The actors are expected to pull in around $350,000 per episode in the eighth season. The fourth season of Modern Family is set to premiere on September 26th.
