Def Leppard‘s Viva! Hysteria concert filmed earlier this year during a residency in Las Vegas will make its TV debut December 29th on AXS TV as part of a 12-hour programming block billed as “A Day of Hysteria.”

According to their website, the English rockers will be “providing exclusive commentary” throughout the day on other concert movies, including the TV premiere of Cheap Trick at Budokan – The 35th Anniversary Performance Live From the El Rey, along with concert films from Kiss, Bon Jovi, the New York Dolls and Sammy Hagar and Friends.

Def Leppard: Viva! Hysteria features a full performance of the band’s 12-times platinum 1987 album Hysteria, and its AXS premiere will include behind-the-scenes insight from the musicians.

“I think it’s the best live performance we’ve ever captured, and better than most other bands,” guitarist Phil Collen told Rolling Stone this fall. “We sounded 20 years younger [with] an aggression that for some reason we haven’t had on previous live recordings. It had a punk ethos.”

“A Day of Hysteria” will begin at 8 p.m. EST on December 29th.
