Star Wars: Battlefront II's latest video offers a deeper look into how the single player campaign was put together in a way to feature what are the ultimate bad guys of Star Wars.
There's a lot of discussion about how the game, which kicks off with the destruction of the second death star, is meant to deliver an imperial perspective to the events that occurred in the film The Return of the Jedi.
Speaking with Janina Gavankar, who both voices and did the motion capture for Inferno Squad commander Iden Versio, she told Glixel that from the perspective of the commander she's not a bad person. Her point of view sees the Empire as path to order and safety. The Emperor's death, then in her eyes, is a massive tragedy.
"Every villain is the hero of their own story," she said. "[Iden] is fighting for her fallen emperor alongside her fellow soldiers. She believes in the Empire because it has given her this incredible life."
