It's May the fourth – Star Wars Day – so it's fitting that Chris Roberts' Cloud Imperium is showing off more of the Star Wars connection in the upcoming massively multiplayer space combat and trading game Star Citizen

In today's episode of Around The Verse, the weekly webcast for the game, we get to see some new footage of Mark Hamill's character. In Star Citizen's planned single-player campaign, called Squadron 42, Hamill plays Lieutenant Commander Steve 'Old Man' Colton, a legendary UEE Navy pilot. In the final game, Hamill will be joined by Gary Oldman, Kingsman's Mark Strong, X-Files' Gillian Anderson, Star Wars: Rogue One's Ben Mendelsohn, Kick Ass' Sophie Wu and Game of Thrones' Liam Cunningham.

You can see the short clips in the video above, and watch the full episode of Around the Verse, titled "Connecting the Universe" below. The segment is introduced by director Chris Roberts and VP of marketing Sandi Gardiner.
