'1-2-Switch' Nintendo

Nintendo's unusual controller-centric party game will be available as both a retail copy and a digital download from the eShop tonight, priced at $49.99 – which seems phenomenally expensive for a game that probably should have been packed-in with the system. Face off in Wild West duels, cow-milking competitions, a dance-off, a sandwich-eating contest, table-tennis and dozens of other goofy micro-games while waving your arms around and looking silly. If anything is "Wii Sports for Switch" this is probably the closest thing we're going to get for a while, and no doubt the game you'll be able to get everyone in your family to try out for a couple of minutes. Each game takes advantage of the Joy-Con controller in different ways, whether it's flapping it around, shaking it, or cupping it tenderly while paying attention to the HD rumble features as it mimics the feel of there being something "inside" the controller.
