Sony's press conference was weird this year. In one sense it put together one of the best lineups in the history of the company, with Spider-Man, a God of War reboot, and a new journey from David Cage's Quantic Dream (Detroit: Become Human). On the other hand, it didn't really announce anything new, and most of the stuff it did show isn't out until 2018. One of the most notable unveilings was a virtual reality Final Fantasy fishing game. That's not a good sign, but good luck turning down a request from Square Enix when you're Sony. Here are the CliffsNotes, and I'm deeply sorry if you were hoping to read more about The Last of Us Part 2 because after that doozy of a reveal at last year's PlayStation Experience, it has clearly ceded the spotlight for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
