AIAS Launches New Podcast 'The Game Maker's Notebook'

If you're a fan of podcasts and you want to learn more about the craft and business of game making, the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences just launched a new show called The Game Maker's Notebook. The first season, hosted by Insomniac Games CEO Ted Price, features one-on-one conversations between developers, including Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene, Funomena CEO and Producer Robin Hunicke, and Guerilla Games Managing Director Hermen Hulst.

"I'm excited to host the 'The Game Maker's Notebook' because I think developer-to-developer conversations can reveal perspectives, truths, ideas and stories that often remain untold," said Price. "My hope is that other developers and even prospective developers can learn a lot from the industry leaders who are on the show. And for me personally, having candid conversations with many of the people I respect most in this industry is a lot of fun and incredibly fulfilling."

You can find episode one on the AIAS website, RSS feeds, Google Play Music, and most podcast apps. Future episodes will be released on a bi-weekly basis.
