'Clash of Clans' Invades Brooklyn
Popular mobile game Clash of Clans is currently celebrating its fifth anniversary. Not coincidentally, some of the Builder’s handiwork appeared in New York’s Brooklyn Bridge Park this morning. An 18-foot Tesla Tower has sprung up, and it has 12 USB ports so passers-by can charge their phones (and play Clash of Clans, presumably). There’s also a large statue of a P.E.K.K.A., an in-game unit that is part knight, part samurai, and part robot. The two structures are in Old Fulton Square at the park’s entrance. They’ll stay there 24 hours a day until Monday, August 14th at 5 p.m. EST.
