Activision is Legally Battling a Dog Poop Removal Company

Publisher Activision is opposing a patent filed in a U.S. court for a dog waste removal service called, and I'm not making this up, "Call of Doodee." It's a family business in California that charges $80 for bi-weekly poop-scooping, amongst other things. It reportedly doesn't use any Activision graphics or other assets in its advertising, but that's not stopping the Call of Duty publisher from mounting a legal case. It has until the end of the year to file its formal opposition. (Thanks, PCGamesN!)
