Eleague CS:GO Premier 2017 Will Use Eye Tracking Tech For Better Casting
Eleague and Alienware are teaming up with technology company Tobii to make watching Counter Strike: Global Offensive tournaments easier. When CS:GO Premier 2017 begins next month, it will use Tobii's eye-tracking tech to figure out where a player is looking during a match. This will help fans and casters better understand why the pros make certain decisions as they move about the map, clear rooms, and pick targets. You can see how it works in the video. It's like the glowing blue hockey puck Fox once used during NHL broadcasts. And it has the potential to be just as distracting. CS: GO Premier 2017 will be held on Fridays and Saturdays starting September 8th.
