Watch Richard Sherman RKO Clay Matthews at the Pro Bowl

You may not have enjoyed the Pro Bowl, but Richard Sherman sure did.
With the Seattle Seahawks not preparing for the Super Bowl for the first time in three years, their players finally got a chance to participate in the NFL’s annual showcase of stars, and they took full advantage: Quarterback Russell Wilson was named the game’s offensive MVP, teammate Michael Bennett took home defensive MVP honors and Sherman spent the entire game doling out wrestling moves on unsuspecting foes.
For starters, he targeted Green Bay’s Clay Matthews for WWE star Randy Orton’s famed finisher, the RKO (and, in keeping with Internet tradition, he did it from outta nowhere), though unfortunately, he didn’t quite nail it. Matthews – who has some experience inside the wrestling ring – shrugged Sherman off like he was a lowly jobber, though after watching video of the move approximately 56,690 times, it appears he genuinely had no idea what Sherman was doing, which kind of makes the entire thing even better.
But Sherman wasn’t discouraged; following the game, Sherman sought out Seattle teammate Tyler Lockett, talked a little trash, then dished out a brutal Stone Cold Stunner on his friend. Hey, like Steve Austin always said,”Don’t trust anybody.”

Oh, in case you were wondering, Sherman’s Team Irvin beat Team Rice 49-27 in the game. And if it weren’t for the all the wrestling, we have no idea what we’d write about it.
