Watch Kristen Wiig’s Awkward Peyton Manning Impersonation on ‘Fallon’

Super Bowl 50 champion Peyton Manning dropped by The Tonight Show Thursday to share some reflections from the big game. But if the Denver Broncos quarterback’s memories seemed hazy, there’s a good reason: He was being impersonated by Zoolander 2 actress Kristen Wiig, who hilariously fumbled answers to Jimmy Fallon’s questions. 

“I’m still so tired – from Sunday!” she says in the clip. “I tried really hard!” When Fallon asks what was going through Manning’s head during the final Super Bowl seconds, the fake quarterback responds, “I’m thinking I’m so far from the line. I’m far away from the line, and I have to get it to the … I have to do it. I’ve gotta get this ball to the guy.”

Wiig flubs the game’s final score and is unclear on where the football great went to college. But we learn some new personal details about Manning during the Rapid Fire Round, including his favorite pre-game meal (“French fries and toast”), favorite band (Maroon 5) and favorite store (Sears).
