Watch John Cena Easily Squat Al Roker on ‘Today’ Show

Good workout just before his title match against AJ Styles at Royal Rumble

You can chant about how much he sucks all you want, but John Cena is still pushing 40 and still strong as hell. The former WWE champion, movie star and voice of that elephant in those commercials for pistachios, who will try for the belt once again against AJ Styles at the Royal Rumble, made a stop on the Today show on Tuesday and showed off just how strong he really is. 

The very large Cena was on the show to teach some workout moves to everybody who might already be slacking on their resolutions to start getting into better shape with the start of 2017. Cena did some stretches and other moves that looked a bit like yoga, but not totally like yoga, and was his general friendly self. 

Al Roker, who decided to sit it out, claimed he was exhausted just watching. But when he finally walked over to get a closer look, clad in his suit and not the exercise clothes everybody else on the set had on, Cena picked up the popular anchor for what looked like the wrestler’s finishing move, the “Attitude Adjustment,” and started to use America’s favorite weatherman as weights to help out his workout. 

Thankfully, Cena let Roker down easy.
