Watch Kit Harington, Conor McGregor in Thrilling New ‘Call of Duty’ Trailer

Activision announced in June that Games of Thrones‘ Kit Harington would be appearing as the main villain in the November 4th release Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, but was frustratingly vague when it came to any specific detail. “He’s the bad guy,” was all we got. Similarly, when UFC champ Conor McGregor teased his involvement with the game on Twitter earlier this month, there was nothing but a photo of him in a snug-fitting motion capture suit.

Today, that changed with the release of the story trailer for the game. It features the first in-game footage of a snarling Harington as Admiral Salen Kotch, chief bad guy of the Settlement Defense Front, and McGregor as Captain Bradley Fillion, who it turns out – unsurprisingly – is also an angry bad guy.

The trailer includes some other familiar faces, including David Harewood (Homeland, The Night Manager) as Sergeant Omar, Claudia Christian (Babylon 5) as Captain Ferran, Jamie Gray Hyder (True Blood, Graceland) as Lieutenant Nora Salter and Brian Bloom as hero Captain Nick Reyes. While Bloom may not look terribly familiar (his best-known film role was in 2010’s lackluster The A-Team,) you’ve almost certainly heard his voice before as he’s appeared in dozens of video games and TV shows including Gravity Falls, The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, Mass Effect, and XCOM. He’s also the man responsible for turning in that remarkable and surprisingly sensitive performance as William ‘B. J.’ Blazkowicz in 2014’s Wolfenstein: The New Order.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare launches on November 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and there will be multiplayer beta held in October, starting on PS4 and coming to Xbox One and PC later. Activision is also releasing a remastered version of 2007’s Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare which will only be available with Infinite Warfare’s premium editions, which start at $80. Activision has also recently confirmed that both Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered will receive PS4 Pro patches for enhanced visuals.
