Jillian Jacqueline

When: Saturday June 9th, 11:10 am
Where: Chevy Breakout Stage
It feels like Jillian Jacqueline will be everywhere this CMA Fest: appearing in a songwriting round with Ryan Hurd and Chris DeStefano, hosting a fan party, hitting Spotify's series of Hot Country shows at Ole Red and singing the national anthem at Nissan Stadium on Saturday night. But she'll make her main free appearance over the weekend at the Riverfront, plucking songs from her smart and witty 2017 release Side A, a collection of tracks loaded with diary-like intimacy and cool, cutting self-awareness. Live, Jacqueline can deliver on her music's pop tendencies as easily as she can unplug and nod to her country influences – or combine them both in one moment, like the gorgeous ballad "God Bless This Mess," her ode to "the brokens, the misfits and the wannabes."
