The Elected, the band led by former Rilo Kiley guitarist Blake Sennett, stopped by Rolling Stone's studio recently to perform songs from their latest album Bury Me In My Rings. After the set, Sennett explained that he needed to take a break from music following Rilo Kiley's final tour, which ended in "fractured relationships" and a need for experiences outside the realm of music and nonstop touring.
