British pop star Taio Cruz stopped by the Rolling Stone studio recently to play stripped-down renditions of his huge dance-pop hits. After the set, Cruz chatted about how he rearranged his tunes for the occasion and how whether he's writing for himself or for Justin Bieber, he focuses on strong melodies so that his music can be easily adapted to different styles.
