Watch One Direction Play 'Tattoo Roulette' With James Corden

Band member receives 'Late Late' tattoo live on air

One Direction played "tattoo roulette" with James Corden on 'The Late Late Show'

One Direction and James Corden tested their luck on The Late Late Show as they played a game of "Tattoo Roulette." Corden, along with each member of the band, were given mystery boxes, with one of the boxes indicating that a person would get a tattoo live on the show.

Corden and Niall Horan were visibly nervous as they entered the game; Horan is the only member of the band who does not have tattoos while Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson are nearly covered in them. "It's just going to be another stupid one, isn't it?" Tomlinson joked before selecting a box.

The reveal was slow and intense, especially for Corden and Horan as Liam Payne and Tomlinson revealed the word "Safe" as they opened their boxes. Styles, however, ended up being the one who would receive a tattoo and seemed relatively unperturbed at the fact that he was getting the words "Late Late" tattooed on his arm as Horan and Corden jumped for joy. Styles received the tattoo during the commercial break as Corden as the band and fellow guest Billy Crystal looked on.
