Tracy Morgan Bemoans Trump, 'Star Wars,' 'The Godfather' on 'Fallon'

Comedian goes off on all he missed while hospitalized in a coma after 2014 car crash

Tracy Morgan went off on a hilarious rant on 'The Tonight Show' about Trump, 'Star Wars' and everything he missed while in a coma

Tracy Morgan was in rare form on The Tonight Show Monday, bemoaning all the cultural changes — from Donald Trump's political rise to the new Star Wars — he missed while he was hospitalized in a coma after a 2014 car crash.

Morgan opened by congratulating his old Saturday Night Live cast mate Jimmy Fallon on beating David Letterman in the ratings, before sulking, "I'm going back in the coma," after learning the Late Show host was no longer on the air.

From there, the comedian went off on Trump's lead in the polls, Finn from The Force Awakens ditching his good union job as a Storm Trooper and Rocky Balboa losing his second fight to Apollo Creed (Apollo "carried that bum for 15 rounds and two movies!") Morgan then seamlessly transitioned into a bit about The Godfather, cracking, "Let me tell you something, Sonny would've lived if they had E-ZPass."

Morgan also offered up a hilarious impression of Fredo Corleone and closed with a little-known anecdote about Barbra Streisand: "I wish we could've gotten married, but it didn't work out," Morgan sighed. "We had kids together though. Barbra, I love you!"

Morgan also stuck around for The Tonight Show's most adorable game, "Pup Quiz," in which he and Fallon squared off in an animal trivia contest to see who could collect the most golden retriever puppies. After three rounds, Morgan was swimming in dogs, and though he couldn't stop a late "Final Pupperdy" surge from Fallon, the host nevertheless bequeathed his crown to the esteemed guest.
