See Laverne Cox Do Time Warp Again in 'Rocky Horror' Remake Trailer

Preview also offers glimpse at Tim Curry in criminologist role

Laverne Cox vamps it up and does "the Time Warp" again in newest trailer for Fox's 'Rocky Horror Picture Show' remake.

Fox offered up a new trailer for their Rocky Horror Picture Show remake during their Comic-Con panel on Thursday. In the clip, Orange Is the New Black star Laverne Cox – who plays Dr. Frank-N-Furter, the "sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania," in the film – vamps it up to one of the musical's signature tunes, "The Time Warp."

The minute-long preview also provides a glimpse at "the Criminologist"/narrator played by Tim Curry, who immortalized the role of Frank-N-Furter in the original Rocky Horror stage production and big-screen musical.

Also starring in the remake are Adam Lambert in the Eddie role originally played by Meat Loaf, plus Victoria Justice and Ryan McCartan as Janet and Brad, Reeve Carney as Riff Raff and Christina Milian as Magenta. Kenny Ortega, who helmed the High School Musical series and Michael Jackson's This Is It, will direct the "reimagining" of the hit 1975 musical.

Although Fox hasn't set a broadcast date for the Rocky Horror Picture Show remake, the network has promised it will air around Halloween.
