'Orange Is the New Black' Inmates 'Not Sorry' in Season 3 Trailer

Alex Vause returns while Crazy Eyes finds her literary voice in first look at new season

The Litchfield inmates are back with a vengeance in the first trailer for Orange Is the New Black's third season. The clip gives a tiny glance at life for the prisoners following Season Two's explosive, shocking finale.

When fans last left the popular Netflix original series, Piper (Taylor Schilling) had found a way to get a freed Alex (Laura Prepon) back into the system. The trailer proves that Piper's plan worked as a bruised Alex returns to Litchfield.

In true Orange Is the New Black fashion, the preview veers from tense and emotional to darkly comedic. Red (Kate Mulgrew), who spent most of last season butting heads with her old partner Vee (Lorraine Toussaint), seems to be in much brighter spirits following her rival's run-in with another inmate's vehicle. "The world is better in black and white," she tells Piper. "And Red." Meanwhile, Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba) is seen explaining to a guard that the story she wrote is not pornographic. "It's not just sex," she protests. "It's love. It's two people connecting. With four other people and aliens."

Though Prepon was missing from most of Season Two as her character had been released from prison, the former That '70s Show star had been the one to announce Orange Is the New Black's renewal for a third season a full month before the second season had even premiered. The new season will premiere on June 12th.
