Donald Trump is nothing if not consistent, especially in his repudiation of all he believes is beneath him. It's a habit Jimmy Kimmel hilariously exploited on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Wednesday night with a montage of the Republican presidential hopeful calling everything, "Disgusting."
The bit was inspired by recent accusations leveled at Trump by Elizabeth Beck, a lawyer who said the real estate mogul repeatedly called her disgusting after she requested a break during a deposition so that she could pump breast milk.
"That doesn't sound like the thoughtful, gentle, mild-mannered Trump I know," Kimmel cracked. "I can't even imagine him using that word."
The ensuing montage opened with several clips of Trump calling Rosie O'Donnell disgusting, ostensibly his go-to burn throughout the pair's long feud. But the Donald has also directed the word at everything from "weak-kneed politicians" and contestants on The Apprentice to the design of the Freedom Tower and windmills.
Trump's penchant for the word has rubbed off on those around him as well. Earlier this week, The Daily Beast published a reminder that Ivana Trump once accused her ex-husband of sexual assault, claiming he tore at her hair and clothes while forcing himself on her. While she called the incident rape to friends and, eventually, lawyers during divorce proceedings, Ivana eventually walked back the claim and, this week, dismissed the story outright.
Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, meanwhile, threatened a Daily Beast reporter with a lawsuit should the story be published. He added, "So I'm warning you, tread very fucking lightly, because what I'm going to do to you is going to be fucking disgusting. You understand me?"
