Dare we say it: Renly was right. His claim to the Iron Throne may have been only marginally more legit than Hodor's. But if Ned Stark had supported him, the charming youngest Baratheon brother would have made a better king than either of his elders, not to mention the likes of Joffrey. Arrogance and lack of experience count against him, but as a gay man living his life behind King's Landing's closed closet doors, he surely knew how to play the game.
