Best-known episode: "The Stall"
Although Jerry calls Elaine's  pretty-faced boyfriend Tony a "mimbo," he's actually more like a mim-bro — a backwards-hat-wearing "cool guy" who says things like "I'm down" and gets a rush from high-adventure sports. Naturally, he's played by Dan Cortese, who was just starting to segue from being the host of MTV Sports to pursuing acting roles. (After his Seinfeld appearance, he landed a recurring role on Melrose Place.) No wonder George develops a nonsexual crush on him. "It's a different world when you're with a cool guy," George explains. "He's not afraid of anybody. You should hear the way he talks to waitresses. He gets free pie!" JENNY ELISCU
