20. Rosita Espinosa
One advantage that series' comic book origins provide is that creator Robert Kirkman and his string of artists have taken full advantage of the visual medium to create heroes and villains who are recognizable on sight. Rosita's big trademark is her soldier's cap, but it’s been up to TWD's writers and actress Christian Serratos to fill that hat. She's the one who's turned the character into a woman who's been strong out in the field, and one heartbroken in private that the men in her life don’t stick around. Whenever she gets a big scene, the heroine becomes so much more than her headwear.
