If you live in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania and hate the Steelers, it's probably time to relocate. That is, unless you're cool with spending the rest of your life living on the streets.
Sure, you'd have to be pretty ballsy to live so close to Pittsburgh and openly root against the Steelers anyway (Sharpsburg is only five miles from downtown), but that's not even the worst of it. According to CBS Radio's Colin Dunlap, there's currently a three-bedroom home and a two-bedroom apartment available for rent in the area, but only if you're the proud owner of a Terrible Towel.
Before you think about getting cute and trying to pass as a Steelers fan, that won't do the trick — applicants have to pledge their allegiance to the Black and Gold before they do anything else, as part of a foolproof plan hatched by the two guys renting the properties, "John" and "Scott." In fact, if the first words out of a potential roommate's mouth aren't "I'm a Steelers fan," it looks like their application will be quickly disposed of.
Just take a look at this flier, which is awesome, even if it probably breaks some kind of anti-discrimination law.
Someone sent me this sign hanging up in Sharpsburg. It's real. pic.twitter.com/08Hr5YEFqD— Colin Dunlap (@colin_dunlap) January 15, 2016
While it's clear Steelers Nation doesn't mess around, it's about time they learned the difference between "your" and "you're." Either that, or unemployed teachers (who are also Steelers fans) should consider moving to Sharpsburg ASAP. There are plenty of rooms for rent.
