Perhaps it has something to do with the personalized peace pipe he just received, but Nate Diaz has apparently squashed his beef with Justin Bieber.
Late Wednesday night (or early Thursday morning), Diaz was hanging out with Biebs, and he posted a photo of the two on Instagram, along with a message for anyone who still thinks there's bad blood: "All good doe." Of course, this is in stark contrast to an illustration he posted just two weeks ago, which depicted him slapping the singer across the face and telling him, "Shut your bitch ass up!"
This all started following Diaz's upset victory over Conor McGregor at UFC 196, when Bieber posted a salute to Mac on his Instagram, calling him "a true champion [that] fights with style and finesse," while also dismissing Diaz's fighting style as "terrible."
In an interview last week with Rolling Stone, Diaz fired back at Bieber, Drake and the rest of McGregor's famous fans, saying their lack of knowledge about mixed martial arts was the reason they were so quick to throw their support behind his opponent.
"Bieber don't watch the sport; he don't know the sport. I've seen a couple other people too, Drake, all these other guys that are stating their opinion. How are you going to state your opinion when you don't know shit? You're just showing your lack of knowledge on the sport," he sad. "They picked McGregor. The mainstream got him because they know his name more, but if you look at my record and at look at who I am and watch my fights, you know [I was going to win]. Unless you're caught up in the hype. Those guys all were."
But now, he's singing a different tune, and it truly is all good doe.
