How have you been able to break away from your hit "California"?
Greenwald: Every show is a chance to express or explain yourself. And I think since we gave "California" to the entertainment ether, every show has been good — it's proving yourself, it's sharing. Especially on this tour, because every fan is a new one and they have no idea we wrote that song. Which is fun, because we throw it in the set and we've been asked "Who does that song? That was a great cover."

Spending any quality time with younger bands?
Greewald: We're sharing a bus with the Hush Sound and their average age is 21. I got to teach them how to travis pick, which is a style of country picking. We've also taught them tips for surviving on the road — how to cook on a George Foreman grill.

If I had five minutes alone with Snoop Dogg ...
Alex Greenwald: I would like to ask him about how he was discovered by Dre when he was 16. That's really young, and he had his style down and he hasn't changed. He just had it, it was there, and I'd like ask him what that was like.
Darren Robinson: I'd just smoke a joint with him for five minutes. We don't have to talk. We could hold hands, put our arms around each other, just smoke a joint.
Sam Farrar: I'd play him some old Snoop Dogg covers we did when we were 16.
Greenwald: We used to be big on hip-hop. as a break of rehearsing our songs we'd just go into medleys of all The Chronic, Doggystyle. Another question I'd ask him is "How the fuck are you friends with Willie Nelson?" It's the pot, but i'd just like to hear him explain it.

Most looking forward to seeing:
Greenwald: I'd say check out the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. We just watched Clueless and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones are featured prominently.

The best part of rocking a parking lot:
Greenwald: Being able to cook food on your engine block and drink beers in the sun and having a quick means of escape when you're done. The worst part is findng your car. I have no idea where our bus is parked.
