Adam Lambert Unveils Apocalyptic “Time for Miracles” Video

10/21/09, 9:03 am EST

Adam Lambert’s “Time for Miracles” video wasn’t supposed to debut until it was featured in movie theaters prior to Michael Jackson’s This Is It starting October 28th, but since the song was prematurely released this past weekend, Lambert’s official MySpace video page unveiled the “Miracles” clip early. Considering the single is from the upcoming disaster film 2012, Lambert scales back on the glam for the clip, opting to instead focus on the performance and his towering vocals.

Go behind the scenes of Lambert’s RS cover shoot in exclusive photos.

“I’m just walking through looking straight at the camera singing the song, and there’s a riot going on around me — people being tossed in front of me, looting, you know, people being arrested,” Lambert told MTV last week. For most of the video, Lambert walks around in a city in ruins as panicked people rush around him — he hits the soaring notes of the bridge as a plane escapes the city, and the scene he described is reminiscent of the Verve’s “Bittersweet Symphony” video. The clip features some spectacular footage from 2012, which stars John Cusack and Amanda Peet.

“Time for Miracles” became available for download on both iTunes and Amazon yesterday after the single was inadvertently leaked by Italian iTunes over the weekend. As Rolling Stone reported, Lambert’s first post-Idol album, out November 23rd, will be titled For Your Entertainment. Lambert also revealed yesterday that he spent time in the studio with Lady Gaga recording a song written by The Fame Monster star.

Love it!

Teesa | 10/21/2009, 9:48 am EST

I love this video! The camera really loves Adam.

stevefrehley | 10/21/2009, 9:54 am EST

Pure garbage. This American Idol crap has got to stop. Push some good bands like Blitzen Trapper for a change. Jesus Christ.

Linda | 10/21/2009, 10:24 am EST

steve: there is a market for this “American Idol crap”. It’s big bucks and some of us enjoy it. If you don’t, then don’t listen to it, don’t watch the videos and don’t read the articles. Simple as that. The song is a bit cheesy but goes perfectly with the movie but in no way reflects what Adam will do with his own album. I love power ballads, so I love this video. Thanks Rolling Stone!

austingrrl | 10/21/2009, 10:51 am EST

Just because Adam Lambert chose American Idol as a platform for his amazing talent does not mean it’s crap. Folks need to look beyond the AI label and see this singer for who he really is. Incredible voice. 3.5-4 octave range of fabulousness. He is an up and coming artist with a whole head of steam behind him to launch his career. This is a good start.

Megan | 10/21/2009, 11:16 am EST

The director could have done a better job but Lambert’s performance is going to sell this vid. Boy’s a genius at conveying emotion through song.

Carl | 10/21/2009, 11:26 am EST

Great song sung by a master. Just because someone is from American Idol doesn’t mean they’re not talented. Lambert has the best voice in music today.

Marta | 10/21/2009, 11:30 am EST

Love the song, video & Adam. Anxious for more music & RS covers.

mabel | 10/21/2009, 11:47 am EST

Oh Adam

KK | 10/21/2009, 12:13 pm EST

I’m a Adam fan & i have too say, this song & video sucks. The song is cheesy outdated. I just hope Adams cd will be better then this.

Schultz | 10/21/2009, 12:19 pm EST

really? Is it me or does this guy sound like that trash that Garth Brooks put out under his alias?(the only reason I even heard it is because my sister burned the dots off that CD at serious volume when it came out).

This is not original or new – just the AI prefab-let’s-make-tons-of-mone y-off-SHIT-the-America-music-b uying-drones-will-eat-up.

This guy is already forgotten in my book…

Denise | 10/21/2009, 12:23 pm EST

The video is a bit cheesy but so is the song. More importantly, Adam’s vocals are absolutely incredible and it’s a perfect fit for that movie. Good for him but I am still looking forward to hearing his REAL first single. This is a nice distraction, though.

Star | 10/21/2009, 12:50 pm EST

I love this song and I love the video. Adams’ vocals are breathtakingly beautiful. He is such an amazing vocal talent. I get chills everytime I hear him sing. Love him.

JJ | 10/21/2009, 1:14 pm EST

You know before AI Adam lived in apartments infested with roaches and no money. He left a well to do life style to sing and follow his dream. He has earned this. His voice not where you heard it at speaks for that.Everyone starts somewhere and if the really have talent well..just look at this video.

MiMi | 10/21/2009, 1:34 pm EST

I love this video! This is the best musical video I have seen in ages. Adam is so sexy, and beautiful, and passionate–and he sounds like a million bucks! Makes me want to watch it over and over again.

ElectricBlue | 10/21/2009, 1:36 pm EST

He is beautiful and amazing and this song is a beautiful ballad…even though its not necessarily reflective of what his album will be, it shows that he is diverse and has an extremely wide range as a performer. The toned down glam look was amazing as well. And Steve…just because you think its crap because it was on American Idol gives you no relevance. Talent is talent no matter where it comes from. This guy’s got it. If you don’t like it, don’t listen to it.

Lilly | 10/21/2009, 1:42 pm EST

Oh! the best and most talented person AI had in a long time. he is fantastic and love his new song. Its just shows what he has become and gives it all he has and more.

Minty | 10/21/2009, 1:50 pm EST

Over-the-top schmaltzy ballad, totally not my usual style BUT for some crazy reason I’ve already played it about 200 times and bought it on itunes yesterday, where it just broke the top 10 downloads. If anything, this song is PROOF that with Adam’s incredible range, voice and tone — as well as his astonishing showmanship and professionalism — he can pretty much do no wrong. Plus, his album is coming out on my birthday. Thanks, guy! Supernova Adam Lambert is beginning his worldwide explosion.

Glamstone | 10/21/2009, 1:52 pm EST

Love it! We can’t stop playing this song! I am awed and amazed at this man’s incredible talent!

Peeps | 10/21/2009, 1:56 pm EST

His voice sounds great, but that song is *so* uninteresting for me. Hopefully he’ll learn what not to record in the future…

AnninSD | 10/21/2009, 1:58 pm EST

And it cracked the top ten on itunes this morning.
I really think it showcases Adam’s talent and is a good vehicle for the movie.
He looks and sounds great!

vogliobeneAdam | 10/21/2009, 2:55 pm EST

the director surely could have done better!!!
the vidoe itself is quite sloppy, but ADAM SAVES it!!!

Carrie | 10/21/2009, 4:45 pm EST

Sorry, Steve and anyone else who doesn’t care for Adam Lambert’s talent: you’d better get used to hearing him, because you’re going to for a very, very long time. He’s an amazing talent and probably the best to ever come out of American Idol.

Patti | 10/21/2009, 4:50 pm EST

Adam’s voice is amazing, gorgeous, irresistible. The video wasn’t the best, but pair it with that voice and I’ll watch it over and over. I am not an AI fan, didn’t even watch the show. But Adam Lambert is like no other AI contestant. I’m sure Simon Fuller is a happy man. The brightest star in decades came up through AI. Finally, a talent worthy of the muscle behind the American Idol machine. There is no stopping him now.

kaaketu | 10/21/2009, 4:59 pm EST

I love Time For Miracles for one simple reason: Adam Lambert is an amazing singer! Who has a voice like that and a range like that? Nobody but Adam!!!

Anonymous | 10/21/2009, 5:00 pm EST

this is garbage! horribly derivative, just really poorly done. Video sucks as well

mick | 10/21/2009, 5:11 pm EST

I think this is one of the better rock songs I’ve heard in years. Man this guy can blow. I hope he includes the song on his own album.

cmc25 | 10/21/2009, 5:14 pm EST

Video is not so good but vocals-simply amazing.
This disaster movie and power ballad by this new singer Adam Lambert will be a big hit in Asia.
Can’t wait to see this movie and his CD

ttweetie | 10/21/2009, 5:15 pm EST

Hey guys, can we lose the term “American Idol” to describe Adam Lambert? He’s one whole helluva lot more than that.
Same goes for the term “gay”. It has been blown irrelevant by the power that is Adam Lambert.

Anonymous | 10/21/2009, 5:17 pm EST

no talent on American Idol huh? Um Carrie Underwood is doing pretty well and lets see Daughtry only sold like a million albums between both of his releases Clarkson still selling.. And they all have different selling styles, so AI is definately doing something right…I do believe some of the albums are yet to be released..like of the participants of this years season. Quit being a band wagon hater..besides if you didnt care you wouldnt have even listened in the first place..

ttweetie | 10/21/2009, 5:19 pm EST

Kieran | 10/21/2009, 5:20 pm EST

Very over the top, but then again, it’s supposed to be. It is, after all, a song from a disaster movie. Lambert sings it well (he’s already proven that he can sing most things well). Still, for his CD, I’m hoping Lambert will show more of his humor. Out of the context of the movie, this song is a bit melodramtic for my taste. Lambert is cool, though. I look forward to hearing more from him.

easy e | 10/21/2009, 5:21 pm EST

No talent on AI huh? Lets see Carrie Underwood is one of the hottest most talented female singers out there..Daughtry has sold like a million records between his two releases..Clarkson still going strong..i feel the best albums are yet to come actually..by this last seasons contestants..Quit being band wagon haters..if you hated it that bad you wouldnt have listened…

mitchellvii | 10/21/2009, 5:23 pm EST

Adam is great, song and video direction are crap.

But really, this was thrown together in one afternoon. We really couldn’t expect “The Black Parade” production values could we?

Dave | 10/21/2009, 5:55 pm EST

This is a great vid…Adam is on his way…Dude can sing….

Pslightly Psycho | 10/21/2009, 5:58 pm EST

Adam Lambert on the 2012 soundtrack. Proof positive that the End IS really near.

Leigh | 10/21/2009, 6:00 pm EST

The Top Ten contestants on AI got on a stage for 2-1/2 months (with no auto-tune) and did great. How many of the “hits” today can claim that – mostly insipid little-girl stuff and truly nasty garbage. These ten people can SING at least. And Lambert’s voice is better than anything you can find on radio (or anything else) today. Guy’s incredible, and beautiful as well. He deserves world-wide success.

Mandy | 10/21/2009, 6:10 pm EST

I love it. Adam is the best singer I have ever heard. And he is drop-dead gorgeous. I agree with JJ. Prior to AI, Adam had trouble paying his rent and his bills and his parents had to bail him out a lot. He deserves every bit of the success he is receiving now.

Brian | 10/21/2009, 6:17 pm EST

I hope someday all this american garbage ends

amivie | 10/21/2009, 6:22 pm EST

Adam was to good for American Idol. Love him or hate him, you can’t deny this man is a star. I absolutely love it!!! I see a Grammy coming.

Jo | 10/21/2009, 6:29 pm EST

Adam was always leagues above what usually comes out of American Idol (example: the winner) and was merely using the idol platform to get himself out there and build a fanbase which he’s done very well. He proved to the industry that he can be successful despite his sexuality because his talent overcomes all of the obstacles that were in his way. He will go far because he’s smart, gorgeous, and most of all the best singer I’ve seen in decades.

JJ | 10/21/2009, 6:32 pm EST

Adams a cool dude with a pretty amazing range. I really dont think of him as an ‘American Idol’ really though thats done and over with. And he has much more of a future than that. The song is for a Disaster movie, and Id say it fits well. Is it a musical master piece? no. but this isn’t even Adams main type of music- he got a movie offer and he took it. who wouldnt afterall? and best thing is- the songs doing well.

Callofthewild | 10/21/2009, 7:03 pm EST

This song absolutely fits ADAM’s style…dramatic. Think about it, he came from a theater back-ground. As simple as the lyrics are, they fit everyone who has been in a relationship lost or gone wrong. ADAM emotionalizes it perfectly that I cannot stop watching this video or listening to this song! Oh, and by the way, I voted for him all the way through A.I. because I saw the undenyable talent he possessed, which possessed me!!

pink443 | 10/21/2009, 7:31 pm EST

Adam’s voice is spectacular and he is absolutely gorgeous! Can’t wait for his CD!!

marilyn mac | 10/21/2009, 7:45 pm EST

There has not been a rocker like Adam in more than 20 years. Take it from a boomer who has lived in the era of true rock. He is a fresh breath of hope for the music industry beyond the one hit wonders we are use to hearing. Adams music will live on for MANY years. At last a real rock star!!!!

meh | 10/21/2009, 8:30 pm EST

I hate this type of music and I’d never buy it, but there’s no denying the mofo can sing as well as anybody.

Noah | 10/21/2009, 10:03 pm EST

Song may be cheesy… but that voice!

lilyx | 10/22/2009, 12:16 am EST

I agree with Leigh, at least the people on American Idol can sing instead of using auto tune or lip syncing! I don’t think the people who complain about the show have any idea what these kids are put through.

That said; Adam is in a class above your usual AI contestant with his vocal abilities and creativity. He is an artist with a vision who dares to go all out, not caring what the critics say.

Janie | 10/22/2009, 12:20 am EST

I really love this video. Adam is what makes it so good. I just love his voice, and looking at him doesn’t hurt at all. I hope to see a lot more of him on TV and hopefully in movies too. I think there are a lot of jealous guys out there trying to put Adam down, but hey if any of you can sing as well as Adam and look as good, let us see you in a music video.

Jessica | 10/22/2009, 12:21 am EST

Wow, I read some of the comments they are so pathetic and has nothing Good to say about Adam’s song nor video.

For me it’s Absolutely STunning. The songs and the way the video was created. Adam’s voice is perfectly fit for this song, and I can see this song and video to get a lot of air play for years to come!

So for you Adam’s hater, step aside and STFU! You guys can’t sing Sh*t so back off.

cherch | 10/22/2009, 12:52 am EST

That voice is amazing. Guess I’m going to see the movie just to hear him sing in it. lol

maya | 10/22/2009, 1:19 am EST

karaoke garbage

Ouch | 10/22/2009, 4:43 am EST

Some jealous people really get their kicks from posting negatively here. Well I can tell you this. Post ALL you want cause the more you post the better!!! The number of comments are soaring up higher!!

Anonymous | 10/22/2009, 6:24 am EST

maya, I’d like to see you try to sing this karaoke song. You think you can hit that high note that Adam hits? Yes! well, then you should try out for AI.

matthew | 10/22/2009, 8:20 am EST

He really sux. watch hes not even gonna sell 100-000 in his first week. Hahaha loser!

flee | 10/22/2009, 10:54 am EST

Thank Gawd there are both sides of opinions here, its hard to read some of them when UR a Adam fan, but only time will tell and ADAM will sell huge….its in the charts

K WHITE | 10/22/2009, 12:10 pm EST

Adam appeals to everyone’s senses. He’s sexy as hell, his voice is unparalleled. Frightened men are not amused by his charisma, women want to convert him. This artist is beyond reason, in the best of ways.

Weegie | 10/22/2009, 3:41 pm EST

The Worlds Greatest Karaoke Singer.
I imagine Barry Manilow and Neil Diamond are tucked into the fetal position knowing he’s stealing both of their fan base.

Weegie | 10/22/2009, 3:51 pm EST

Wowwwwwwwwww……his first official release is a complete belly flop ! Generic, dull, completely unoriginal, no sign Whatsoever of his vaunted Bringing Glam Back. See, it proves having a “voice” and making good music can be totally unrelated. He has no sense of rock and roll or even pop music, his training is musical theatre which as I told you before Does Not transfer well to pop music. People keep on using the term “Rocker” ? Good lord, please Never use that term with his name again, pleasssssssseeeeeeeeeeee. A complete cannon ball, AWFUL tune, AWFUL video, and surprisingly to even me, totally mediocore vocals.

Cyrinda | 10/22/2009, 4:43 pm EST

He looks like he’s lost some weight. Lookin’ good =)

Kelly Foxx | 10/22/2009, 4:44 pm EST

Fantastic. Absolutely sensational! And he so totally deserves this, deeply.

maya | 10/22/2009, 6:10 pm EST

i can’t sing but i know i can spot garbage.

He Beat That City | 10/22/2009, 6:51 pm EST

Have to hand it to him, first single challenges We Built This City as the worst song ever recorded !! Impressive ! Power Ballad From HELLLLLLLLLL…..just in time for Halloween ;)

White Sneak | 10/22/2009, 6:56 pm EST

Sounds like a left-over power ballad from an awful 80’s hair metal band………simply horrendous.

MiMi | 10/22/2009, 8:18 pm EST

I posted once but I just had to post again after watching this 10 more times. Can anything be more breathtakingly beautiful than Adam walking toward us in a long black coat singing his heart out? What an experience. I hope this video and song win many awards.

Sensible | 10/23/2009, 3:19 am EST

After watching this vid it is evident he can sing but to such a horrid song. Campy glam-rock hair metal guitars with mediocre lyrics. MiMi I don’t see this winning any awards for song and especially for video. Nothing special unlike his many fans

Rose | 10/23/2009, 2:03 pm EST

The talented and charming Adam. I can’t wait to see more. A new world star. Please keep the albums and movies coming.

Weegie | 10/23/2009, 2:08 pm EST

Ah, Mimi……..I have something to tell you about Adam….you might want to sit down…..

Weegie | 10/23/2009, 2:12 pm EST

I love how they used CGI effects to slim his face, lol…..can you get any more corporate and plastic than that ??? Turned out he wasn’t David Bowie, huh ? …more like second rate Whitney Houston ;)

Anonymous | 10/23/2009, 4:28 pm EST

Mimi – I’m with you. I love this song, and I think the video is well-done. Adam’s voice is flawless and I could listen to him sing it over and over. If they do a radio edit for this song, to shorten it a bit, it will definitely be in the top 10 on the charts. I an super psyched wait for Adam’s CD release.

Brenda | 10/23/2009, 4:35 pm EST

HOT-ness all the way around! Adam is a phenomenal talent. love the song. love him.

Jer | 10/23/2009, 7:29 pm EST

Love the song and voice. Just one of his many amazing sounds. Thanks RS for the Adam fix!!!!

roottytootie | 10/24/2009, 12:05 am EST

Corprate movie crap ballad…sure hope his album is more orignal than this sell out. Again he just can’t seem to not let his great vocal talent go over the top…he really needs a good producer. I have to agree with WEGGIE.. not a real rocker or much more than faux pop or soul…really his style is filtered thru Broadway and it shows.
As for over the top…please glamberts stop stop stop…wait till his album comes out …even if it is total crap you in your blind allegiance will declare it the best album ever. As for sexy…take away the make up the dyed hair and the outfits…he is a very average nice looking guy…shesh …get a grip.

janice | 10/24/2009, 12:50 am EST

It nver fails to amuse me how all these people that do not like artist Adam in this case spend so much of their precious time dissing, do they not have alife, to spend on the things they do love and get pleasure from?

janice | 10/24/2009, 12:50 am EST

It nver fails to amuse me how all these people that do not like artist Adam in this case spend so much of their precious time dissing, do they not have alife, to spend on the things they do love and get pleasure from?

pleazurs | 10/24/2009, 12:58 am EST

He will be Iconic period!!!!!!!

terie | 10/24/2009, 3:40 am EST

Janice: I think that’s just the reason that they diss ADAM … cuz they don’t have a life and can’t get a life and don’t know what else to do. Lol

What a voice | 10/24/2009, 11:57 am EST

So funny that people can’t read and comprehend. This is a song Adam was asked to do as a FILM SONG TRACK .. of course it’s cheesy and ovt…it’s supposed to be. Have you EVER heard a major disaster film track song that wasn’t?…NEVER. So peeps who want to start just majorly slamming Adam are merely haters just jumping at the chance to spread venom. Anyone with ears and a open heart can knows that he is one of the best vocalists to arrive on the scene in a very long time. Tip: haters go take up knitting or something to work through your issues.

Jay | 10/24/2009, 12:02 pm EST

Love the song and video. To all the haters I paraphrase Bob Dylan: and for just one day if I could walk in your shoes, I would see what a drag it is to be you.

Nicki | 10/24/2009, 3:12 pm EST

I’m a big Adam fan but this has me worried, I hope his album steers clear of mushy ballads and gives us more of the fun, upbeat stuff he did on Idol. His handlers should have told him to step away from this song, he needs people around him to give him better advice !

Weegie | 10/24/2009, 3:25 pm EST

So the plan was to purposely give the Glamberts a horrible disaster movie ballad ? Lol. The worship is reaching religious overtones, “Yes, Glamgod has given us this track to test us….thee who are still fans after this horrific song have shown thy faith in him !”
Look, he doesn’t write, he doesn’t play an instrument, he can’t come up with his own music, he has NO knowledge of rock and roll or even pop music, he’s a musical theatre nerd who is best suited to sing Gilbert and Sullivan in community theatre. He’s a karaoke singer, the end. The album will be hideous beyong belief, most of his fans have awful taste in music and won’t even know it’s horrible, the rest will delude themselves into thinking it’s great. His fan base is SUV mom’s who usually only hear Raffi playing loud to keep their kids in their sets as she drives. The one big thing his fans have in common with Adam is they don’t know music, you could give them a rock and roll quiz of the easiest answers ever and they would get 90% wrong. This guy doesn’t know rock and roll or even pop, he grew up listening to cheesy musical theatre tunes, he has no natural affinity to create good music, he’s just a voice, and a rather screeching annoying voice at that.

texasvirtually | 10/25/2009, 2:53 pm EST

Weegie – do you always write about things when you clearly know so little about a subject? Where do you get your info? Adam has an extensive knowledge of rock and pop; I like (not really) how you just assume things and generalize. Can’t speak for all of his fans, but many also know music. It’s very sad that you put all of the fans of any artist together as a giant group when it’s completely untrue. Oh and I’m not afraid of your little quiz.

TT | 10/25/2009, 6:44 pm EST

Wow, Weegie, you really DO HATE this guy. I wonder why you are so driven to spend so much time trying to convince others to hate him??? For someone whose argument is that Adam fans have no musical knowledge, if you had any, you would know that a voice IS an instrument and MANY rockers and pop artists do not play other instruments. Further, I would love to see you go up against Adam in a rock/pop trivia challenge. He grew up listening to decades of pop and rock music as his father had tons of albums, having been a DJ. Every time in an interview that he has been asked about any artist or band, he has been able to speak intelligently about them. His knowledge of music, ALL MUSIC, is so far and above yours or I would venture to guess 90 percent or more of the population. He does write and wrote songs before and after AI. I would be curious who is your idea of the perfect pop/rock performer and tell me where they received their “knowledge” before they began performing. And for those who think it was a mistake to take this job singing the theme for one of this year’s biggest movies, not many established artists would pass that up, let alone, a new one. And Roottytootie, he won’t find better producers than he is already working with, as they are considered the top in the business. And while you believe fans will love Adam’s CD no matter how it sounds, I’d be willing to bet you have already decided to hate it.

Hmm | 10/25/2009, 10:08 pm EST

I can see the fervor for this gent and yes he can clearly carry a tune. I just don’t see how with his talent he has to manufacture himself with all the glam.

janice | 10/26/2009, 2:19 am EST

Weegie, TT has a lot more accurate knowledge of adams background and history, as most of us do, so i think its time you shut up, at least till you get your facts right. This song was a completly different assignment Adam was offered, as well as his album for reaching the top in idol, and yes i think its time to drop the Idol bit, it as got him where he wanted to be, make an album and from what i have read from those in the know it will blow you away.

Tawny | 10/26/2009, 6:29 pm EST

Adam can definitely sing. This tune is supposed to be over the top. It is for a disater movie. His album will probably be a lot different. I don’t understand how anyone can say he screams or shrieks. His octave range is 3.5-4.o. How many pop or rock singers would love to have that range. Better yet, how many are autotuned? Adam is definitely not cookie cutter and that is why he will be successful.

Rach | 10/26/2009, 8:34 pm EST

Oh my! It’s exactly like Aerosmith and Armaggeddon! That song is so incredibly corny, but who could resist belting it out when you heard it on the radio? The same with Adam’s song, I love him dearly even though I prefer indie music, but it’s a million times better than other popular tripe that gets in the charts.

califaswrtr | 10/27/2009, 12:46 am EST

hey, weegie… i know music. i sat on the stage @ jim morrison’s feet, first experienced zeppelin when they were the lead-in for blind faith, hung in the canyon (laurel) when the music rang from wall to wall… the list goes on and on and that was simply the start of it all.

and i’m not locked in the past; my tastes are wide-ranging and throughout the ensuing times i’ve stayed current and my ipod is full of an eclectic assortment of tunes.

lambert’s interesting for more than one reason, the least of which is the social commentary on the current state of the music business that he resorted to a televised talent show to gain exposure, not to mention the amazing range of his vocals along with his charisma and star-power.

as for miracles… when it’s nominated for best song (probable, especially with the tragic attachment of the songwriter) he’ll more than likely get an opportunity to perform for the largest live television audience available.

kinda sorta a smart move. maybe.

every ones trying to make a buck or get recognition off the back of Adam.
All he needs is a piano playing quietly in the background and this man will rip your heart out, and make you a new one.
I cried buckets hearing him sing his version of ‘mad world’ then we got to hear ALL of his voice- feasted on him only- and i just cant explain why the sight and sound of him stirs up so many emotions in me- i thought had died long ago, along with my youth.
