I really hope it works out for both of them. I think the whole engagement was rushed along with this wedding, then again no one knows how long they were together before he popped the question, and frankly it’s none of our business. He’s clearly been wanting to settle down and actually start a life and family before he gets too old, as he’s stated. To compare her as the Yoko of NIN is an insult to Yoko because unlike this street walker with no talent who just got lucky, Ono has talent. She was raised very well, in a sophisticated well off family, went to good schools, and was a well established and respected artist long before John ever entered the picture. Infact she didn’t pursue him in the beginning, but he insisted because he was so taken by her genius. It was Yoko who wrote many poems that turned into many hit songs for Lennon like Imagine. They both protested very vital and important issues of the 60’s. They were movers and shakers, life changers. This couple is nothing more than a dumb 20 something ho looking for someone to make her famous, you can find these types of girls all over L.A. He is nothing more than a sad old man who just gave in so he doesn’t have to be alone and have kids before he is literally all dried up. Looking at his face, he is already there. You can find these type of men all over L.A. I feel sorry and fearful for Mariqueen. It is obvious she is a trophy wife and trophies don’t last very long on the shelf.
