Michael Jackson Investigation Focuses on Personal Doctor

Michael Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray is reportedly at the center of the LAPD and coroner’s office investigations into whether the star’s sudden cardiac arrest was the result of prescription drug use, TMZ reports. Sources tell TMZ that despite giving two interviews to authorities, Murray is still not fully cooperating with law enforcement officials. Based on one of the Murray interviews, investigators conducted another search of Jackson’s home, this time finding the intravenous sedative Propofol, an anesthesia that isn’t supposed to be administered outside of a hospital, TMZ writes.

Rock Daily reported last week that Los Angeles police chief William Bratton said investigators are awaiting the results of the toxicology report before determining “Are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose?” Sources tell TMZ that there is evidence that Murray administered Propofol to Jackson before the singer’s death. If it’s discovered that Propofol was responsible for killing the singer, Murray might face manslaughter charges. Murray had previously hired lawyers to attend his meetings with police in the days following Jackson’s death. Murray admitted to waiting nearly a half-hour before calling 911 after discovering Jackson with a faint pulse in his Los Angeles bedroom.

Nurse/nutritionist Cherilyn Lee who treated Jackson said the singer was “adamant” about receiving Diprivan, which is the brand name for Propofol, Rolling Stone reported in the days following his death. An overdose of the sedative could cause someone to stop breathing, which leads to a buildup of carbon dioxide buildup in the body that could result in cardiac arrest. Jackson’s initial autopsies revealed no defects with the singer’s heart, so the cause of death will likely be revealed when the Los Angeles Coroners receives the results of a toxicology report.

Jackson’s alleged prescription drug use has come under the microscope in recent weeks as the LAPD and the DEA seek out the enabling doctors who made it possible for Jackson to consume “30 to 40 Xanax pills a night,” as one former Jackson security guard told law enforcement officials in 2004. Jackson’s drug use reportedly escalated to the point that sister Janet Jackson attempted — but ultimately failed — to stage an intervention in 2007.

He’s not alive in my heart, lati. The dude was a druggy. A very talented druggy, but a druggy nevertheless.

Well something smelly in here, may be Murray didnt mean to kill him, but an overdosed, u know if you are a personal doctor of someone, u should be aware of your clients health, to me Michael was too thin( i dont know how his personal doctor didnt saw that), look at the last rehearsal, he was too thin, if u are a doctor u should know that he would not overcome some Propofol injection, is really weird, thats my most humble oppinion

Anonymous | 7/13/2009, 12:23 pm EST

Michael Jackson died because of his own actions… I don’t care who gave him the drugs… Taking drugs was Michael’s OWN PERSONAL CHOICE, and he should be responsible for his OWN actions.

Yes, it sucks that people were enabling him. But I don’t have much sympathy. He did it to himself.

L | 7/13/2009, 12:34 pm EST

I really believe that the doctor/s knew Michael Jackson was too fragil to endure 50 concert, no matter how hard MJ was asking for these subcriptins drugs they SHOULD HAVE NEVER GAVE THEM TO HIM, NEVER. thats negligence at least

someone | 7/13/2009, 12:56 pm EST

choopy, you don’t have a heart. Nor brain.

He never used recreational drugs, but prescription drugs which were prescribed after the severe burn on his scalp. SO MUCH FOR PERSONAL CHOICE.

Ryan | 7/13/2009, 1:00 pm EST

Elvis Presley was a speed addict most of his life too, so what!

As a matter a fact a doubt there is a celebrity out there that has to spend most of there lives locked in a cage that don’t turn to drugs.

Michael Jackson was a legend and his private drug use doesn’t change a thing!

You guys are so involved in one thing and you don’t look outside of the box. Just because someone can afford the drugs doesn’t mean the dumb doctor should give him them. If i had money and went to the doctors they wouldn’t give me those pills. It was his doctor to blame. He murdered Michael. RIP Michael. You will never be forgotten. You’re always in my heart.

Mr murray you will be caught i will bet my soul on it and u will pay . RIP michael justice will be made.

OH Come on! that doctor went away for 2 days, why is that?? He waited 30 minutes, he did the cpr in a bed? intead of a solid place?, come on people! wake UP, it was a set up

Anonymous | 7/13/2009, 2:40 pm EST

His Dr waited 30 minutes before calling 911, ridiculous. Had the call been made sooner he might still be alive today.

There’s enough blame to go around and yes it was Michael with this addiction but Doctors are sworn to a hippocratic oath to do NO HARM. Their egos get in the way of that and now look what’s happened.

Tragic.

Em | 7/13/2009, 2:44 pm EST

Couldn’t resist to respond to some of the above. Yes, it appears Michael Jackson was an addict fueled by overanxious doctors willing to write prescriptions and fill their pockets. As for Michael being responsible for his own actions, it doesn’t work that way with addictions. What a wonderful world it would be if drug addicts could just walk away from their vices. By all that I’ve read, Michael had no choice in what he body was crying out for. He literally was at the mercy of those around him, hooking up him up, prescribing and “attending” to him.

Keira | 7/13/2009, 2:52 pm EST

When my father needed the paramedics, it only took less than a minute to pick up the phone and call them. 30 minutes until they called the paramedics for Michael Jackson? Good Lord, what was that doctor trying to hide??????????????

Did anyone read in the fiirst couple of days after MJ’s death that he actually collapsed i the living room in front of his son? I read this in an article and now the article is no where to be found. I believe MJ was murdered! If his kids lived with him… where were they? Were they at the house? What did they see or hear?

Does anyone realize that there were numerous pill bottles of various diff pill taken out of MJ’s house all of which had alias names on them. There is more than one person to blame here. I will not personally put blame on anyone, what happened to innocent until proven guilty…

Necrotic | 7/13/2009, 3:22 pm EST

As the story has been told — the physician attempted CPR with his hand under MJ’s back while concurrently shouting at security to locate a telephone to call 911 – (there were no landlines on that floor); whomever located the telephone instead called MJ’s father — out of state– and asked “what should we do?” Joe Jackson repeated the same thing the physician stated:: CALL 911. How much time passed between the physician yelling out for a telephone and the time someone dialed 911 and the time for the operator to clarify the address (since no one knew the exact address) and the respondents to show up? While the anesthetic was found in the house — the Sunday might before he was in agony and requested it — so apparently there was none to be found. It is possible that between the time of his initial Sunday night request and when Dr. Conner found MJ unconscious on that Thursday — someone else (a) brought the drug over or (b) someone other than Dr. Conner planted that drug in the house to make it appear to be an accidental overdose. Over 96 hours passed between the 1st drug request and the day he was discovered not breathing. That’s a lot of time for a lot of different people to enter and leave the house. As for timelyness — in the hospitol — recovering from surgery — I was administered a different drug which by the 4th day — reduced my pulse to 70/40 (30 is a coma) and my blood oxygen level to 80 percent (96 -100 percent is normal). I demanded my phyisican be summoned — he never showed up. If MJ was in agony on that Sunday night — 1/2 his body hot and 1/3 his body cold — as he stated — there was a blockage forming somewhere — and I am surprised noone has mentioned ultrasound treatment (to alleviate muscular strain) — it’s not suppose to hurt — but if it’s used where there are entrapped nerves and a blockage — it feels exactly like MJ described — 1/2 your body is on fire and 1/2 is cold — the only way to identify what is going on is a CT scan — with the rapidity of his weight loss — it would seem there was a blockage, an entrapped nerve and a vagal event. What do doctors who don’t look for the root cause typically do — prescribe — those drugs. As my surgeon said — you have to look for the root cause — the blockage. Even if you are eating — you’ll still lose weight — I am surprised the autopsy’s haven’t mentioned MJ’ femoral or ingunial nerves. 24 – 48 hours of an incarcerated jejenum is enough to put you into cardiac arrest and kill you. I know this – -because that’s what all those doctors overlooked — before I made it too my 5th trip to emergency. What did they call it before? Anxiety! How did they treat it before — as if I needed a muscle relaxiate and one their idiotic psychotropic drugs – they went down the toilet. If someone says they are in intolerable pain — this is the fault of the failure of the physicians to perform a comprehensive differential diagnosis. Note _- when it comes to incarcerated jejenum – your blood work will look normal until you start bleeding internally — then your white count goes up — in less than 24 hours — you’ll know you’re dying. RIP MJ — if I knew on July 25 what you felt on July 25 — I’d have broadcast it myself — we deserve bettter than — take a drug — it won’t go away –mask the pain.

Dr. Murray RAN because he knew he overdosed Michael. The best bet today is for the cops to put a suicide watch on this creep before he takes the easy way out and commits suicide! We already know he’s a creep who left his medical practice to work with MJ. We also know he fathered 6 kids with 5 different women (or, the other way around) and he’s a deadbeat gutter so-called doctor. He is a MURDERER and we have known that from the very first day he disappeared following MJs death. He needs to be brought to justice along with the bodyguards and other staff who got prescriptions in their name to give to Michael. Shame! Shame! Shame on tghem all!!!!

Obviously the idiots on this board are not physicians. Why is it that when something goes wrong a physician is to blame? When everything is fine the public feels that they are so smart and don’t need the expertise of physicians?? MJ’s death is too bad. The doctor made the best decision at the time. Maybe 911 was not the best option. God forbid a paramedic not be there to save the day.

Quincy Jones cut some good records in the 80’s that Jackson put his name on. Any mega-selling tracks after Quincy threw up his hands and left. And didn’t make it to the Funeral?

Starting around 1990, Jackson’s ‘people’ wouldn’t let writers near him unless they agreed beforehand to write that Jackson was the “King of Pop.”

Your “King” has hairy heels. About the only thing on him that was hairy.

Jackson was a Pedophile Junkie. His dying was a blessing. All three kids have the same darker complexion as Justin, Gavin, other children Jackson is known to have molested. Not African American, you understand. Naah, Jackson didn’t like that …

Dr Murray is guilty of manslaughter. As a newly qualified nurse I would have done a much better job. If I was there, despite not having gained enough practical experience, MJ would still be alive today. I swear to God that I would have saved him and I swear if Dr. Murray had called the paramedics earlier they would have done a much better job than him. Can u give a person CPR on a bed? Oh my God! DR. Murray, a qualified practitioner with years of years of experience should have known much better than that. Did he really want to save MJ? No, I don’t believe that. He didn’t like Michael , all he cared about was Michael’s cash. He provided all the prescription drugs that Michael became addict to, even though he knows the dangerous side effects of these drugs. He was not acting in the best interest of his patient by being non-maleficent. Dr. Murray was more concerned about his own financial interest. If CPR was done effectively on a hard surface, there are chances that the vital organs would have remained perfused and would not have been deprived of oxygen. If the ambulance was called immediately, MJ would have been rushed to the hospital on time for defribrillation, intubation and drug administration. I am very angry, I am very upset. I can’t explain the way I feel about the sad loss of my dear beloved, sweet, meek, gentle Michaeal. I hope that Latoya and Joe continue to press on with this case so that the criminals and perpetrators will be brought to justice so that Michael’s soul will rest in peace.
Cash Cows around him that were forcing him to do 50 shows in London were all aware that MJ was not well enough to do that many shows, come on, look at what he has been through, furthermore he was not 25 yrs old anymore but a mature man of fifty. I saw the rehearsal and he didn’t seem like a very healthy man to me. He appeared to be very emaciated. He was very child- like and vulnerable to his preys. MJ you have ripped my world apart. I will always love you forever. Gone too soon. May the Lord guide and protect the Jackson family.

According to published reports, Michael Jackson’s excessive drug use caused him to loose control of his bowels and thus defecate in his trousers. If light of those reports, it’s clear that, before he died, Michael Jackson was the king of POOP!

i’ve been a Personal
Support Worker for l5 years and each and every year its been mandatory for me to take CPR. Therefore FIFTEEN times. We were told that it was imperitive to drag the patient to the FLOOR. From a bed. From a wheelchair. From a chair. The FLOOR. I was SHOCKED to hear that a CARDIOLOGIST was performing CPR on MJ’s bed. His reasoning? Frail. One hand under MJ’S back and the other pumping on his chest. Nonsense. Foul play right there.
And the amount of time wasted to call 9ll. We are told to call 9ll IMMEDIATELY. This doctor was in a panic. Hopefully TRIED to revive him in order to cover his arse.

Anyone who actually took the time to adequately read up on the accusations against MJ would realize they were bunk and would therefore not resort to such idiotic comments. It’s clear you don’t know much beyond the salacious headlines you were exposed to.

“Starting around 1990, Jackson’s ‘people’ wouldn’t let writers near him unless they agreed beforehand to write that Jackson was the “King of Pop.””

Proof please.

Jackson did not anoint himself with that title. Elizabeth Taylor first referred to MJ as the “King of Pop” in 1989.

The physician was at fault, Michael Jackson was at fault, and Michael Jackson’s “entourage” was at fault as well. Things obviously got out of control, and now the only one to take the blame is the physician. I was a huge fan of Jackson’s as a child, and it’s sad to see what his life became. RIP.

Michael was an angel and not in disguise , his critics failed to understand him…the Physician Conrad Murray is responsible as a big celeb like Michael collapses and he didnt know the address ,he did not have a cell phone after getting paid 150,0000 dollars per month, he was doing CPR for 30 minutes, even if something happens to your dog you would call 911 immediately…come on now, he has something to hide.

Hall | 7/13/2009, 10:16 pm EST

Perhaps I should translate

pendejo

depending on which definition you like, idiot, stupid, dumb-ass.

Stop blaming everything on Michael’s “people”, “Doctors.” This went on for decades, Jackson hired and fired hundreds (even more when the Neverland staff is counted). He didn’t suddenly develop a fondness for the heaviest-duty chemicals medicine has a couple months ago. His “people” didn’t suddenly decide to kill him to get his music publishing. They won’t get any, that’s what Wills are for.

Stop making excuses for the pedophile junky.

And no, the whole world doesn’t love him. We think he was one of the weirdest fruitcakes ever.

And you ever seen one family who loves dark dark shades that much?

THE TRUTH | 7/13/2009, 10:17 pm EST

Michael was an incredibly kind, trusting person to a default. There were a series of snowballing events that led to this point. Nontheless, he didn’t have to die in such a seemingly inhumane manner with so many questions surrounding his demise. My hope is that the truth emerges one day for him and his family!

I understand addiction, sober addict myself, so I in no way judge Michael. I do know tho, that, addiction brings a life of bewilderment & despair. We can reach that jumping off point where nothing matters anymore, not even family & we just can’t stop. It is VERY ignorant of anyone 2 supply “EVIL” to an addict. Those are the people that I feel like “judgin”. Their maker will someday. MICHAEL is up in Heaven, smiling at all his friends, family & fans. Such a beautiful smile he has. No message could have been any clearer………Michael was a pure heart & soul. Lovely 2 hear & see.

Hi everyone, i would just like to say if you liked Michael Jackson or not is not the issue, so please keep insensitive (unfounded) remarks to yourselves. Michael was looking for the “good” person in everyone, don’t children do the same? When you are as world renound as Michael Jackson, you are going to fall in the end by someone elses hand! Mr Murray (i cannot justify the title Dr)is not the only one to blame, he just (parden the punn) put the final nail in Michaels beautiful coffin. The promoters of the o2 tours and peoples closely involved knew Michael was not up to doing 50 shows i mean he was around 9 stone and coming up 51 years old and not performed for years!!! Goodbye in body Mr Jackson but never in soul. I think MJ got a pure heart helping people and he care very much more than himself that is why he died,he ignore the pain .The only matter is he could give happiness to all of his fans out there trying to be back again. He is humble person and shy,he got this heart to help and reach out as long as he can .I love him for that ,he still a human that could felt pain, hurting from that accussation .people are so easy to judge no matter he showed goodness .we think his kindness too. give credit .there are more persons out there hiding with their evil act yet never reveal .I love him because he showed acceptance and he don’t feel bitter ,he stood and showed to his fans that everything’s was ok despite his physical health deteriorating. so sacrifice what he been through.anyway he’s beside our Lord now and he smile sweetly.thanks that i could express this

I believe it is the fault of the Doctor that caused Michael Jackson to die. This man, I don’t call Murray a Dr cause he has no ethics. His neglegence and money-hungry conduct caused Michael to die.
But like Murray there is millions of Dr’s over the world that just don’t care for their patients. Like one Dr in South Africa, KBY, Private Practice that allowed a patient to die just cause he did not always believed her, he allowed her to be in a normal ward when a bloodcloth was already in her lung … but the real reason for her death will never be known cause Dr’s is good in covering their tracks.
Michael might have been addicted to prescription drugs but it was the duty of Dr Murray to help him, to stop this – it is his ethical duty. But the question is still why did Murray allow this? Because he was benefiting.
IT IS CLEAR CUT MURDER.

i love MJ and believe he is a saint not a sinner. He had a pure heart i don’t knw the exact reason of death but i do believe it was a murder and the suspects must be arrested as soon as possible..

Funny how his doctor was hired by AEG Live 10 weeks before his death.

Funny how after years of failing health and seen relying on wheelchairs up until a few months ago, MJ got a clean bill of health to perform 50 concerts on avarage of 2 3/4 concerts a week until next march, without taken to account that MANY young performers have gotten exhausted doing just a few concerts in succession, and MJ was 50 yrs old. His dance moves during rehearshal was that of a tired old man.

It’s funny how AEG Live is in partnership with Sony Music which by all accounts owns MJ’s soul (they have bailed in him out of bankrupcy countless of times) and obviously wants the remaining 50% of MJ’s artists’ catalog.

I’d say he was murdered by the media mafia (Sony, AEG, etc) if it wasn’t for the fact that he was just about dead (mentally, physically, morally and artisticly) already since the turn of this decade.

John Asuku | 7/14/2009, 9:37 am EST

I realy believed that michael jackson doctor should be held responsible for his death because he can not say he is not aware of his conditions before the prescriptions, now michael is dead what is he saying about that.

Barbara South Africa | 7/14/2009, 9:42 am EST

you know what all you people we are not the allmighty God we are not in a posision to comment on anything as we dont have the right only God is allowed to punish people so i think everybody must keep their opinions to themselves we all loved Michael very much and he will live forever in our hearts and his musick will stay the best for ever but leave the comments and the judging to God as he knows and only he may punish and do what has to be done about the situation who ever is responsible for Michaels death God will punish that person and justice will be done and one other thing the people that call Michael a pervert and molester must shut up as if it was true he wouldnt have been quited not guilty but obviously he was not guilty at all and the kids and parents and lauers that lied in court to try and convict him must be punished and sentenced for what they did to his life .he loved children and would do anything for children and that was all so stop all your ugly comments especially those who called him a pervert and molester as he was not and you as a person is not God so you have no right to say that ok let Michael restin peace and carry on with your own lives ok .he is a legend a king and is loved by everybody in the world and nomatter what you say nothing is ever going to change that so shut up and carry on with your own lives that might not be so wonderfull either ok

Barbara South Africa | 7/14/2009, 10:41 am EST

Riskmeeh what you say is so true and all the people that dont judge you can comment without judging and still show your love and appreciation to Michael Jackson as no matter what people say about him he was a kind good hearted loving person that cared about his family children and his fans and i think we must leave it at that as he will stay the king of pop the only king of pop and will live in our hearts forever and people must think before they comment as he has 3 beautifull children that loved him and adored him and they wont like to read all your ugly comments about their father think before you talk and consider his family and children they are very heartsore of the loss of Michael Jackson so leave the past behind and remember him the way it was before his court hearing which was lies as he didnt do anything like that he was found innocent after months of hell and stress he had to go through that ruined his career and life anyway can you imagine yourself going through something like that. He has paid the prise by been condemde through people that wasnt there to see or know the real story it is unfair to him and his children and family.Let it go and remember him as the king of pop and legend and saint and everything that is nice.We love you Michael and who ever is responsible for your death God will work with that person he will pay .

Barbara South Africa | 7/14/2009, 10:57 am EST

Clidoris and Hall i think you both must not follow the rest of Michaels news find something else to do and mind your own business get off this post we dont want people like you here ok get lost

zumicia | 7/14/2009, 12:35 pm EST

I still haven´t seen any explanations concerning the moving vans that were present the next day at Michael´s home, after the Police removed the doctor´s car with a tow truck. Who ordered, and who approved the removal of items from a death scene so suddenly. Were the movers suppervised to make sure evidence wasn´t tampered with. Dr. Deepak Chopra has said more than once he knows who the evil doctors are… I hope this will provoke strick control so that the legal drug pushing will end.

to all MJ haterz : your a jack ass i think you need a reality check and need your education to upgraded due to ur all mentally retarded due to the following : 1) when doing CPR must be in a solid ground not in the bed u retard 2) must call 911 inmediatly not 30 min later and 3) do not desapear for 2 days always be next to your pacient / so i gues u are a frustrated kid or girl very ignorent trying to get some attention cuz realy u dont even have the ball to talk shit about MJ in the street cuz ull be running like a bitch so run bitch run

When we hire a doctor, we assume he is taking care of our health , safety and well being regardless of our personal wants or ability to pay..We work with patients that are drug dependent due to physical or mental pain. We use Propofol for a very short time in an ICU unit monitored by Board Certified Anesthesiologists in a safe and well monitored facility. I don’t understand how and the purpose of home use of this drug, specially with a patient that combines other narcotics….I don’t understand CPR done in a bed….I don’t understand the lack of knowledge of the well know drug dependency of MJ…It is all very disturbing…..I hope all this suffering does not go in vain. I hope other doctors will be more responsible with their prescription pads, pharmacies will be more aware of whom they are delivering and how much and patients will educate themselves more about the drugs they take and their consequences. It is a joint responsibility.

Michael Jackson is an inventor I would say. His dance steps, voice, walk, style (clothing etc), sparkling innocent smile, too cool hair styles, talk, big eyes, love for his fans, his kids, talent way beyond his age – everything he does was just so UNIQUE in itself. The whole world went on copied him in everyway they could, other musicians would copy his melody, dance, style but, one thing we all know is “There is no other Michael Jackson on earth, there never is going to be one, no matter how much one tries”. Another important thing to remember is, his personal life is none of our business. He changed his nose because he had a nickname “fat/big nose” in his family, and he looks handsome than ever anyway after nose job. He made it very clear that he is proud of his color and never wanted to change it but loosing color was uncontrollable due to a disease called ‘vitiligo’. And please, he is 5.11 and 120 pounds only to maintain a dancer body, he sacrificed his life for music/dance, never would have done something bad to have charges against him, completely innocent man who loves his kids and spend so much on charity. And abt drugs, it all began mostly after he was accused of charges, he lost the love of most fans, ofcourse he would go crazy and get addicted to pain killers etc… Overall, I would end saying he is the BEST, no one can ever match him. From age 5 to 50, he had most wonderful career, how awesome did he look on last rehearsal dance. oh well, the world will miss MJ, even the people who were filled with jealousy would miss him now……

cfrommt | 7/16/2009, 5:45 am EST

I think Murray should be charged for the simple fact he did not do everything in his power to SAVE MJ. Drugs aside, all questions lead to Murray. He was solely responsible that day when MJ went into cardiac arrest. Why did he not perform CPR correctly? Why did he wait so long to get help? And, what was he doing while he was waiting?

Murray stated: “when I came into the room…”

INTO THE ROOM? I thought Jackson wanted him to STAY WITH HIM TO MONITOR HIS SLEEP. Why did he LEAVE?

This guy has a lot of questions to answer. Where was he after this happened? He SAID he went to tell the family, but the family said they “never heard from him.”

After the doc, I would throw the book at Martin Bashir for destroying Jackson with his one sided documentary, “Living with Micahel Jackson.” Bashir got the ball rolling, the docs merely finished everything off.

Guilty and GUILTY!

Sundown | 7/16/2009, 7:29 pm EST

Why is it that since Michael voiced a want for Dipravan does it rule out that fact that these so called or perfectly named “handlers” could have not only planned his death but pulled it off.

Ralph | 7/16/2009, 9:53 pm EST

MJ is a pedophile. He only kept people around him who enabled his drug addiction. You idiots who are blamng this last episode should be blaming the first time he needed such strong pain meds. This was in 1984 with the Pepsi commercial. MJ only kept people around him who let him stay addicted to meds.

Alexandra Ashley. | 7/17/2009, 10:59 am EST

ooh! the cruel hands of death, you are so mean and wicked. Somany questions unanswered, but I know i’ll understand and find answers by and by, who am I to ask God why?

MJ you had it all…talent, entertainment and dance…how can I forget moonwalk it was like magic but real! your voice natural, soft and peaceful. I just remembered your smile it was the purest and could pierce hearts.

A part of me left with you but time they say is a healer, I hope I find this healing as time goes by, which I doubt, because you were born a star and no one can replace you, no wonder you are the KING OF POP.

Its normal to see articles here and there, to find haters and those who sincerely loved MJ.
I want to state here that MJ had a pure soul who cared most for the less previledged and down trodden ones, children and hated wars, bariers, colou, race, killings etc. but I wish the world had more people like him, because there are some who have committed worst crimes and are walking the streets free and alive, so do not judge…afterall he was not guity of the said crimes.

I wished I could write on and on, but I have to pause because words cannot say it all, I know you wre one on God’s gift to humanity, I salute you.

i love michael and everything he does but first i would like to say with a person with a faint pulse you dont wait a half hour….what im hearing is they called michaels father who said call the police but Murray failed to attempt to call…even if it was an overdose who in their right mind would tell someone to take all this medicine??and why would anyone consider going to get pills in someone else’s name not knowing if it were harmful….I DONT TRUST HIS DOCTOR DR., CONRAD MURRAY!

God's Chosen | 7/17/2009, 9:50 pm EST

Death Metal rules- you should not be such a “Hater” towards Michael. Are you going to even invest a dime to help the elderly, children and/or the homeless??? What type of contribution have you made to the entertainment industry or the world for that matter? You ignorant, “BLIND”, arrogant #%$^&*! The same joy that you feel about Michael’s passing is the same reaction Satan is going have when your BITCH-ASS goes down to join him! Perfect!!! Two WORTHLESS ‘LOSERS’! spending ETERNITY TOGETHER!!!

ses | 7/20/2009, 12:21 am EST

michael will be missed and he was truly one of the greatest entertainers the world has ever seen. but he let things get out of hand when it came to his drug use, his surgeries, and his anxiety issues, and it cost him his life. there is plenty of blame to go around, from himself to his inner circle, and those on the outside that wanted see him go down. i hope that justice is done to his negligent, money hungry doctors and may his soul rest in peace. he was once-in-a-lifetime talent and his accomplishments will NEVER BE EQUALLED.

bulldawg | 7/20/2009, 3:46 am EST

Bottom line is nobody can make anyone, especially someone as overfunded as Jackson do anything. He chose to take drugs and to now blame this (enabling) doctor is a disgrace when his family knew perfectly well he was an addict and would surround himself with yes men.

Jackson himself followed closely by his sycophantic, hanger on loser family are to blame for his death as it was blatantly obvious that freakshow was not ready to go and do his pathetic comeback. NONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT SUPPOSEDLY LOVED HIM THE MOST DID DICK ABOUT IT.

pissed off | 7/20/2009, 5:28 pm EST

This comment is for bulldawg. don’t hate on a man that you know nothing about except for what you read and hear. and if anyone is a freakshow it your mother jackass.

rain | 7/22/2009, 9:07 pm EST

It is unfortunate that Michael was not able to get psychological help for all of his mental issues and chose drugs instead. He was a great artist and was very aware of his power. He fired people if they were not yes men. He isolated himself from all of his family members because of his own beliefs about them. His nanny who called janet and mother to organize drug intervention was fired when he found out. He was probably a good father and he like countless others donate to charities and help others. He like countless others did not hold true to obligations especially financial. He is a normal man with issues and his dealing with those issues is what killed him not the people who gave him the pain medication

Sad Subscriber | 7/24/2009, 10:36 am EST

I grew up with Michael’s music, and agree that he was a pop icon. Unfortunately, due to his addiction, he put himself in a vulnerable position with people who were in his life simply to take advantage of him. This led to a death that is so undeserving of someone who has brought so much joy to others. It is a sad, sad situation. Michael has paid the ultimate price for his addiction, others responsible should be brought to justice.

Aardvark | 8/4/2009, 8:01 pm EST

I wish Debbie Rowe makes herself look a little glamorous. She would be pretty. Look at how beautiful Paris Jackson is and this is her daughter.

Aardvark | 8/4/2009, 8:13 pm EST

MJ was an angel sent from heaven. He was vulnerable because he was childlike at heart. Devious people who wanted money and destroy him and his career accused him of evil deeds he has not done. And who was that British author who after living with MJ for seven months writes disgusting things about him because he wants to sell his book. What an opportunist. There is a HIGHER BEING. When their time comes, they have to answer to HIM for what they have done to MJ. MJ was a ONE OF A KIND ARTIST. The GEATEST ARTIST of all times.

THERE IS ACTUALLY NOT MUCH I CAN SAY THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN SAID ALREADY-I THINK.(EXCEPT FOR THE MOST STUPID AND IGNORANT REAMRKS ABOUT HIS LIFE)I WILL NEVER BE PART OF THAT.FOR I AM AN ARTIST TOO AND KNOW HOW TO APPRECIATE SOMEONE LIKE MICHAEL (SO FULL OF TALENT)AND SUCH GOOD HUMANBEING…I LOVE HIM DEARLY AND YES HE IS GONE TOO SOON.I WISH WE COULD HAVE ENJOY HIM MORE YEARS, BUT GOD HAS A TIMING FOR IT ALL AND WE WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WAS HIS TIME TO DEPART.RIGHT NOW HE IS IN HEAVEN DANCING AND SINGING WITH THE ANGELS..I JUST HOPE I GET TO MEET HIM ONE DAY WHEN OUR LORD AND SAVIOR CALLS ME HOME.DEAR MICHAEL PLEASE REST IN PEACE..WE LOVE YOU!:)(MARIA FROM SPRINGFIELD-OREGON)

I think that a person conscious should come into play when playing with a person life. i BELIEVE THAT THE doctor is guilty of killing Michael Jackson, it wouldn’t be any differnet, if he pushed the needle or shoved the pills down Michael throat. The doctor didn’t do it without knowing the consequences and risk of dealth, I mean he went to school for this, he was surpose to save peoples lives, not end them. he did it out of greed theres, no other reason,Michael Jackson paid him alot of money. but he should have refused. Just like the bible say ” the love of money is the root of ALL EVIL.I think that the people who don’t agree with me, should take a step back what if that was your loved one, mom, dad,. sister or brother. who would you hold responsible, who would you point the finger at???
REST-IN-PEACE–MICHAEL JACKSON.
YOU ARE DEARLY MISSED..

Patty | 9/29/2009, 5:05 pm EST

To all of you people who are still calling Michael Jackson (a dead man) a pedofile, and saying that his “followers” are blinded… First of all, you have absolutely no facts. And if your going to believe everything the media has to say- then I have a boat to sell you. I suppose you go by what you have heard because you just don’t know. You don’t know because good knows what good is, and follows what good is. And bad? Well, I know a part of them just sit in front of their computers and instead of going to another site to talk about something their more interested in, they feel the need to slander the name of a man that has been much loved and will be much missed.. by those who are good. Why don’t you just keep your nastiness to yourselves. Your the ones with the kind of “issues” that are actually harmful to others. Judging by your nasty comments, you don’t have much good to give the world, or probably anyone. Here’s a “fact” we all know is true… Michael Jackson gave alot good to the entire world.

Patty | 9/29/2009, 7:51 pm EST

Alright, now that I got that off my chest, this is my personal opinion… That “Dr. Marcus Welby M.D.” is going to walk. I don’t believe it was an accident at all. Someone has to be the fall guy, as always, when it comes to the government. And the doctor was just that. If your a person that is as influencial on the public as Michael Jackson or Oprah Winfrey or Slim Shady there is a certain degree of alert that arises. Oprah will live forever, or until natural causes.. her nose is so far up their butts, that she has no worry. Slim Shady doesn’t, but he has been deemed an angry rebel just spouting off because he’s had it rough. Then there’s Michael, I believe if he would have stayed shamed and hidden away he would still be alive today. He spoke out and he has alot of people that believe in him regardless of what they tried to make people believe about him. Because of that, he poses a very big threat. Singing stuff like “They Don’t Really Care About Us”. And by the way, They Don’t! I don’t know, this is just something that came to mind. If that doctor doesn’t walk, it will be either that he ran before they could finally pin it on him. Or that he ends up in a place like Jim Baker. Or something…

Shyla | 10/11/2009, 3:29 pm EST

i dont care whatever ya’ll say. Michael was murdered by his physician. Why else would he leave out of state and no where to be found. And another thing who the phycian his license because he tried to give MJ CPR on his bed.. since when do u give CPR on the bed when u aint on a hospital bed.. And so Mj might have been a druggy but what about his life he never had a childhood the only life he had was the music.. But not only that he was a very talented musican and a very caring and loveing Father… I will still listen to his CD’s and continue to be a fan as long as i live.. So for those of u people out there who dont like MJ for whatever reason he made more money than ya’ll and is famous… If u were what would u BE!!! In the tabeloids!!!
WE MISS YOU MJ!!!
Love Shyla,Nate and Julius
