The summer’s heaviest tour kicked off this past weekend in California: The Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival hit Cali hard in Sacramento, San Francisco and San Bernardino, where Marilyn Manson busted out new songs from The High End of Low and Slayer unleashed an ungodly rendition of “Hell Awaits” that had the pit churning, Artist Direct reports. Rolling Stone’s cameras were there, capturing Manson, Slayer, Killswitch Engage, Bullet for My Valentine, Cannibal Corpse, Trivium, Job for a Cowboy, All That Remains and more in action.
