Michael Jackson’s Death Might Be Ruled Homicide, Police Chief Says

Investigators probing the death of Michael Jackson are awaiting the results of a toxicology report before determining whether the superstar’s sudden cardiac arrest on June 25th can be ruled an accidental overdose or homicide, Los Angeles Police chief William Bratton told CNN: “We are still awaiting corroboration from the coroner’s office as to cause of death. That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back,” Bratton said. “And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing [with]: are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose?” While Bratton would not confirm what items were seized from Jackson’s home, the chief’s comments make it clear prescription drugs are at the center of the department’s investigation.

CNN also unearthed a 2004 document stating Jackson reportedly took 10 Xanax a night and that the King of Pop asked his own employees to obtain prescription drugs under their own names. The document comes from the statements of two former Jackson bodyguards interviewed by Santa Barbara County law officials when Jackson was awaiting trial in 2005 for child molestation charges. In fact, one of the guards questioned in the document said that at one point Jackson was consuming 30 to 40 pills of Xanax a night as the singer struggled with insomnia. At one point, Jackson “fell on his face” and injured himself, sparking one of the guards to quit his post.

The Jackson family has been made aware that investigation into Jackson’s death may turn into a criminal trial, CNN reports, quoting a source close to the family. “I do believe it was foul play,” Michael’s father Joe Jackson told ABC News. “I do believe that. Yes.” The DEA agents assisting with the investigation have already questioned many doctors linked to Jackson, and those who have not cooperated have been hit with subpoenas, CNN reports. Five doctors were among the names listed in the 2004 document CNN uncovered, but it’s unclear if they were among those questioned in the investigation.

As Rolling Stone reported shortly after Jackson’s death, a nurse/nutritionist who treated the star spoke out publicly about her fears that Jackson had gotten his hands on a powerful sedative called Diprivan or Propofol that’s used in hospitals. Since then interest in Jackson’s relationship with prescription medication has spiked, and yesterday CNN revealed more details about an alleged intervention sister Janet tried to stage in 2007 as the family’s concerns over Michael’s drug use escalated.

Jackson was honored at an all-star memorial service in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Check out photos from the event, and read tributes to the fallen icon by Adam Lambert, Stevie Nicks, Chris Cornell and more.

He was under so much pressure these last 15 years or so, since the first accusations.I just wish people would research those molestation charges to see that he was clearly innocent. He needed an escape and those drugs helped him. I think he was crying out for help but when someone did try to help he shut them out. He was used to shutting people out in fear that he would be hurt again. I wish the media would just let him rest in peace.

If he was so bad off. Why didn’t he go to Betty Ford Clinic, where he gon’t help from Elizabeth Taylor a few years ago. Did his wife have any problems with him or the other,so called dad? If she did,I hope she gets what she deserves. Since they say she was a nurse. She should have got some help for him.

What REALLY killed MJ was FAME. He could buy whatever he wanted and whomever he wanted. He was trying to fill a void in his life by all the lavish spending and drug use. He never really “got” that the things that are most valuable are things you can’t buy. He felt that if he “bought” doctors, they could and would keep him alive. Only God can do that. Although I believe that MJ had a loving heart, he was very full of himself. And he wasn’t capable of humbling himself to something even bigger than himself… which is the maker and giver of life…. God. His “god” was money and look what it bought him. Death.

Weather accusations were true or not he was a nice humanbeing and a careing father.
Who provided drugs?, should be investigated properly since his comeback concerned lot of agencies who were working against him.

Wow | 7/10/2009, 11:05 am EST

That is an insane amount of Xanax! It begs the question. Could his tolerance of the drug that killed him be so high as well that it wasn’t a homicide? Maybe he really just needed that much to get high? It’s certainly possible to build up to a very high tolerance with some drugs. Being able to regularly take multiple times the amount that would normally kill someone who wasn’t a regular user.

Jackson had a strange life even with his fame and wealth he had little peace. Is it true that Lisa Marie’s eggs were used for his children so he could have the “King’s” grandchildren? Prince Michael looks just like Lisa Marie’s son.

Michael | 7/10/2009, 1:48 pm EST

Actually, according to Maureen Orth’s reporting at Vanity Fair, Michael was not “clearly innocent”. He settled the first case the day before he was scheduled to be deposed by the judge because of his fears of going to jail and because the DA’s office confirmed that photographic descriptions of MJ’s bits matched descriptions given by his victim. The second case was an acquittal because MJ’s defense team went after the credibility of the victim’s mother, not the victim himself. The jury found that it was most likely that MJ had abused children but they could not bring in a guilty verdict “beyond a reasonable doubt” as a result of MJ’s defense squad. Acquitted in this case is not innocent. Do your own research, Patricia.

Alan Gillis | 7/10/2009, 1:50 pm EST

Two weeks after Michael Jackson’s death is better late than never for the LAPD to consider the case a possible homicide. Was Michael’s Holmby Hills Estate secured by the police? Two days after his death two moving vans cleared out his effects. Later two bags of drugs were removed by the LAPD. Later still the DEA goes in and finds a lot of Diprivan.

The media storm around Michael is even more confusing. For a rundown on the questionable performance of the police, the media and Michael’s cardiologist see my article “Michael Jackson: Dead Like Elvis” in NewsHammer.

Mountain | 7/10/2009, 1:53 pm EST

Seriously people, let the man REST IN FREAKING PEACE! It doesn’t matter who gave him the drugs, as long as it wasn’t murder, the point is he’s dead, he can’t come back and turning this into a witch hunt does no one any good. If Michael was a hardcore drug addict, do you honestly think that nothing would stop him from getting his fix? If it meant traveling to the ends of the earth to get it, he would. I don’t think that his family would’ve saved him if he didn’t want to be saved. That’s how addiction is. The addict MUST want to change his ways, otherwise there’s not a damn thing anyone can do about it. An intervention would’ve been useless.

Concerned | 7/10/2009, 1:53 pm EST

I feel for everyone involved. But, we must keep in mind that no matter whom it was if the accusations were true is it ok to really just forget what he may have done. Just because of who he was. I disagree & everyone should look at it as if it was your child. Then you can understand. But don’t say he is innocent when you weren’t there. I am sorry for the situation but don’t forget that people w/money don’t have the same rules!!!!!!!

Mountain | 7/10/2009, 2:02 pm EST

I’m sorry, I meant “Do you honestly think that there’s anything that would stop him from getting his fix?”. And Michael, Vanity Fair is more of a fashion magazine than it is serious journalism, so I wouldn’t believe everything they say right off the bat if I were you. And if there was any shred of genuine proof that he was guilty, do you honestly think that the DA wouldn’t jump at the chance to put him jail? Do you? They were already trying to when they had none. Think about it.

To Michael | 7/10/2009, 2:11 pm EST

Maureen Orth at Vanity Fair??? Well, it must be the gospel truth then!!!

Jughead's Revenge | 7/10/2009, 4:26 pm EST

Will all you idiots just shut up about leaving him in peace, like you Mountain. The guy was a worldwide public figure. We all have every right to talk about Jacko, even in death. He made his living off of the public and so the public has the right to know the details of his life and death. He was a drug addict and not no messiah like you idiots make him out to be. Sure he was one of the greatest entertainers of our time. But he was also human. Speaking of him now won’t cause him to turn in his casket and his soul to suffer in the afterlife. He’s friggin dead! He doesn’t know we’re talking about him. And saying for him to “rest in peace” mean absolutely nothing. He’s at peace regardless of what we say, you religious morons. Just because he died doesn’t mean we have to stop talking about him. He died in controversy and so we should continue the debate. Fuck all you and your “let him rest in peace” bullshit.

Ed | 7/10/2009, 4:58 pm EST

Yeah Joe it was foul play. But it all started with you Mr. Jackson, demanding an impossible perfection of a human being. You made him morph into clueless monster who never had a childhood. Look in the mirror Joe. Look at yourself before you throw stones at others.

ABC | 7/10/2009, 6:33 pm EST

It will be very interesting to know what he really died of ???

pdxguy | 7/10/2009, 8:41 pm EST

it’s a sad story.
The most disgusting sight was Joseph laughing at the cameras looking like a pimp with his gold chains and hat. What a pig!
It’s such a spectacle.
I can’t wait to hear what MJ was really like .
Slash mentioned while playing with him that he let down his public persona and was amused at the real guy.

ChristineT | 7/10/2009, 10:32 pm EST

Why didn’t Joe Jackson have an intervention then? Now this man is on public tv on Good Morning America exploiting his grandchildren 3 days after he buried his son. It is truly disrespectful and disgusting and I truly hope they find the doctors who prescribed these medicines. I cannot believe this man is saying his grandchildren should be performers like their father already, he is not even grieving over his son, unbelievable really.

robertson boulevard | 7/10/2009, 11:01 pm EST

I have to agree with ChristineT, Joe Jackson is an amoral pathetic excuse of a human being, and btw, did you know Joe was paid $200,000 for his interview? Yep, I’m not lying. And now he’s interested in turning his grandkids into mini-Michaels, and of course that is the LAST thing they need. I hope Katherine Jackson keeps those poor kids as far away from Joe as humanly possible, because he is evil. In fact, Joe may be the reason why Katherine might not get custody of the kids, and if the judge sees the Nightline interview, s/he may very well be convinced to give the kids to Debbie Rowe instead. Debbie even asked for a restraining order to be placed against Joe so could not get near the kids. Can’t blame her.

Joe Jackson | 7/11/2009, 12:25 am EST

Shut up, you dont know me. MJ was murdered, pay me money and I will tell you all about it. By the way, check out my new record company.

To all you haters out there all i hear is the bad things you think he did what about the the positive things he did as far as giving all he wanted to to do was make a change in the world. He had a great affect on the blacks, whites. Chinese, Polish, Russians, Germans, people in London I could go on forever. Michael seen no color they need to observe a MJ holiday every 25 of June. So all you haters take a look in the mirror and make a change.Michael we love you and you will be missed a great deal but for me you will continue to live in me through all of your music, videos and pictures and movies. God Bless you and your family

If the doctors killed the King, the cops must do something to avoid them to kill our next star if King’s death was their mistakes.

Michael was preshus to my mother. She loved him record and one way to big guh hug him record make me no i ever see Michal again once for ever.
Plees be happy Michael in ever ever land wher Petrpan live with other people close to trains.

Suzy | 7/11/2009, 8:21 pm EST

As far as I know, doctors may have played a more direct part in his death, but what really killed him was the pains brought by fame and leeches like Evan Chandler (Jordan Chandler’s father) and Gavin Arvizo’s family, not to mention the press.

Shana Dane | 7/11/2009, 10:44 pm EST

Ok, Joe you can say that it was homicide without a doubt when you damn near killed him during practice sessions when he was a kid. You are a poor excuse for a man and a father.

AlAl | 7/12/2009, 5:51 am EST

exactly right. I just watched the living with michael jackson documentary and if you havent seen it watch it on you tube now. It shows how really tortured he was. I now have a profound hate for the interviewer in this doco. Michael was clearly a sweet and generous guy and the interviewer did everything he could to make him look like a freak. Its being surrounded by vultures like this his whole life that was responsible for his detachment and subsequent drug abuse. poor guy literally wanted only to fill the world with love for one another and this is what he got. If there was foul play god help the person responsible

J Freeman | 7/12/2009, 9:35 am EST

There’s more at stake here than most people realise. Yes it is very sad for Michael’s children to be suspended in the middle of this debarcle when they have so much emotional support required at this difficult time.
Nobody has mentioned the level of intensive support required for Michael’s pets. His chimp I believe is going to Diana Ross, but she can’t surely be expected to also take over care of his rhino, his panda nor his alsation, Dogma. And what of his 34 hamsters that he kept a secret from the media for all these years?
Diana Ross has plenty of room for a chimp, but not enough room (and also not enough feed) for Michael’s other animals and unless a home is found for these creatures, they will ultimately end up either dead, or worse, in a zoo or on America’s Got Talent.

Anonymous | 7/12/2009, 10:22 am EST

Now his victims can finally RIP. Who pays somebody 25 million dollars when they did nothing wrong. Everyone with a pulse and an IQ over 9 knows he was guilty of the first allegation at very least.

coachmaddog | 7/12/2009, 11:15 am EST

LaToya says that MJ was murdered and he didn’t want to do the 50 shows in London, he was pressured. BULLSHIT! Will these freaks please go away now that their cash cow is dead.

Joe Jackson | 7/12/2009, 11:15 am EST

The reall criminal is Joe Jackson, for robbing Michael of his childhood and gravy-training off of Michael’s fame and fortune. If Joe believes this was a homicide, then he deserves some culpability as an accessory to it. Joe was a 1/2 step from selling his son(s) into slavery, but no one wants to talk about how Michael ended up this way in the forst place. Joe Jackson will get what he deserves somewhere down the line, hopefully. I never heard of him making any pleas to the media to stay away from his son, or about any interventions involving Joe Jackson for Michael’s drug abuse. Joe was just fine with all of it as long as he got attention and the money kept flowing.

Diana Russell | 7/12/2009, 11:20 am EST

How can Joe Jackson even think about eating his own grandchildren?? When he said on Leno that he was going to fry them up and devour their bones with plenty of ketchup I was simply disgusted.
He ought to eat himself, if he’s gonna eat anyone! Those poor kids – if the police don’t stop him he will eat them before it’s too late and he’ll probably get away with it by claiming it was actually the OTHER Joe Jackson, the white singer/piano player.
I nkow this is easy to do because although my surname is Russell lots of people still say “oh gosh, you are Diana Russell!?” (thinking i’m Diana Ross). They ask me to sing baby love and even when I sing it they still don’t realise I am not Diana Ross.

So please help stop the REAL Joe jackson from eating his grandchildren. Sign a petition, do a hunger strike, buy a procelain frog…ANYthing to save those poor babies!

good riddance. now i can sleep at night.

Horace B. | 7/12/2009, 11:26 am EST

Michael was a hero
He also was a zero
He gave us the light
Gave some kiddies a fright
Wasn’t a fan of De Niro.
He busted some chops,
Hated the cops,
Smelled of vinegar cheese,
Had plastic surgery to his knees
and used to think the Chinese…
were cute.

BeautifulAngel | 7/12/2009, 11:40 am EST

I am part human, part angel. I was with Michael when he died and comforted his swelling heart.
It will please you true fans of his to know that he died without severe pain (only moderate pain). I made sure his clothes were pressed and his hair silky. He sleeps now, sleeps and snores.

Mr Mustard | 7/12/2009, 11:48 am EST

Michael had many wonderful collaberations with brilliant artists over the years – Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Blur and U2, among others.

This showed his versatility and also his ability to amuse others, even tigers. Most marine animals know the power that MJ held of them – similar to Aquaman. He could make starfish into real stars on the big screen – he could chase water buffalo up and down the mid-Atlantic trench all day long.

I hope the Kraken realises his loss and cries accordingly.

MJ85 | 7/12/2009, 3:24 pm EST

Who are we as people to judge another human being? So what if he had plastic surgeries? How many millions of people have plastic surgeries because they’re unhappy with how they look? A woman who looks like a cat because of her husbands love for cats and no one raises eyebrows about her but here is Michael Jackson and everyone goes crazy.
I never once believed in the child molestation charges. Because as a parent there is no money in the world that could buy my silence and drop charges IF my child has been abused. I would want to see the person who hurt my child sit in jail for the rest of their miserable lifes. Kind of made me wonder what parents of those children were thinking. Just a wild guess, lets go after Michael Jackson’s money. And just for those who haven’t known, Michael was aquited of all criminal charges, the money those parents got were from a civil law suit…
10 Xanax a night is in fact a lot. But legally a doctor is not allowed to prescribe any patient a strong enough dose to kill them, and definatelly not a strong enough dose that could build a dependency…even if he was addicted to prescription drugs, doesn’t anyone ever ask themself maybe why? A man who never had a childhood, who was abused as a child, in the spotlight since he was little, followed everywhere, had all kinds of rumors about him go around,…he never had a chance to have inner peace, wouldn’t that make all of us seek Xanax? I know I would!!! But none of us has ever looked at the good deeds this man has done…feed hungry chidren, how many ill children got a chance to get well again because of Michael Jackson , but no, we only see the “freakshow” and focus on what a magazine writes, and TV shows….
I read all those articles in Vanity Fair!!! Millions of dollars to a voodoo master to have Steven Spielberg and others die??? Come on, seriously? How ignorant do you have to be to believe that? All im saying, let the man at least have some peace now since he never had any when he was alive. Its unbelievable to me that someone would make money of off someone elses tragic death…

sherry | 7/12/2009, 6:55 pm EST

MJ85 your comment is right on…thank you

Maurice Langford | 7/12/2009, 7:02 pm EST

Roger Waters once wrote of Michael Jackson, ‘another brick in the Wall’. Many believe this was a reference to a psychological wall he built around himself to barricade himself from the emotional detritus left from his father dying when he was a child.

This is in fact not true. He was meaning that MJ, once laying another brick in the wall, was able to jump “off the wall”. MJ was actually doing a sideline job at the time in bricklaying. This gave him experience mingling with the common man, and also the touch of mortar.

If MJ were alive, he’d be rolling over in his grave hearing all this fuss and commotion about who framed whom, xanax and it’s powers of mist, and why babies love to burp and feed.

BomaniOH | 7/12/2009, 9:34 pm EST

blah, blah, blah…well past time to move on after three weeks of this BFS. He was a drug addict, drank like a fish, he hated the color of his own skin, horrifically deformed by his own choice, the list goes on & on.

I’m with MJ85…great comment! My heart and prayers go to the family. Michael was one of the greatest men on earth and we will miss him.

Parent of 6 | 7/13/2009, 3:46 am EST

If anyone was to do what Michael was accused of to one of mine, I would make them rot in prison. No amount of money would have been enough. So, sorry, I believe they were just after money or they would have faught to see justice served. You know that they would have gotton both money and prison life for him if he had truly done anything. I don’t believe he was guilty at all. Just a target! And the amount of money that he gave them? He would have had to pay that in court costs, attorney fees, etc. if he didn’t give it to them. It was worth it to just get them off of his back. And if there was any evidense, the public defenders would have pressed charges anyway. There must not have been any evidence.

kakadoodoo3000 | 7/13/2009, 3:53 am EST

Someone told me there were needle marks on his neck. Anymore about this?

j | 7/13/2009, 4:43 am EST

We can all speculate but we didn’t live his life. Drugs aren’t the answer either. I’m sure we all have our opinions about his drug use, whether self inflicting or money hungry drug pushers are at fault. Sure life is hard, God is stronger. Speaking of which, who are we to judge? Last time I checked no one was perfect. Did I miss something? MJ was a gift, as all of us are….lets take into consideration what his lyrics meant about healing the world. Maybe his death was a wake up call for all of us living in a society rarely greeted with a hug because this is not just MJ, this happens everywhere; greed, scandal, drugs, hate, etc….(prime example is our economy; I encourage research where it all stemmed from) so many homeless in America. MJ supported 39 charities, ask yourself this? How many do you support before you think MJ loved money more than anything? Again, I strongly remind all that drugs aren’t the answer. There is no excuse for that and I will not endorse it by a troubled life.

I find MJ’s life tragic. He yearned for his father’s love but did not get it. His father did not show love to him but had beat him when he was young. He left out his father from his will and that’s very telling. MJ did not have a noraml childhood as he had to perform very frequently when he was very young. He was empty inside despite his fame and money and seemed to be searching for God. I sincerely believe he loved children and his Neverland was built to satisfy his yearn for his lost childhood. I feel that he did not really want to do that last concert but to please his fans and those entertainment bosses, he went ahead despite his fragile health. He should not have agreed to make a comeback at all. He should be free to lead his own life doing other things and spending time with his children. I feel that MJ had cunning people in his life, eg. doctors around him, who used him as a ‘cash cow’ and exploited him and took advantage of him. I feel sorry for MJ.

I am sadden by the death of Michael Jackson. It is such a tragic. My Mother died due to a Doctor not caring enough. He did not attend to her when the blood cloth was already in her lung, when all indicaters was the cloth is moving to her heart. I believe it was also murder.
Michael Jackson was killed, nothing was natural in his death. It is so sad, that such a guy, destroyed by money-hunger boys and their parents destroyed this icon.
Michael is dearly missed.
My heart is so full of pain for his little angels. And I do see him in his children.
So Sad.

Bianca M - South Africa, BFN | 7/13/2009, 1:56 pm EST

Going through a molestation myself, I truly believe that no victim will ever take money after such an event… those boys is set for life … no, I don’t believe it anymore especially when you look at the 2005 Court Documents.

I also believe the truth will come out.

Michael Jackson reflected in his songs, his true self – it is sad.
Hope his legacy will live in Prince Michael I, Paris, Blanket. We can hold them dear, not haunt them like Michael was haunted by the media, just hold them dear and love them from a distance.

Patricia .M. Tucker
Please let this innocent Man rest in peace. He suffered alot and i’m sure he had no one to confrot him and all he could do is drug himself to rest his mind. Let him rest now. All the tests, accusations and bad words against him is useless. It will not bring him back to life. The only way forward is how to console his children and give them the up bringing their father wanted for them .

Courtney | 7/13/2009, 10:04 pm EST

Hardly anybody knows Michael Jackson or for that matter Joe Jackson. So get off their backs and start with the man in the MirrorMichael suffered like no man ever suffered and he is now resting. Please remember that for all his immense talent,He was just a human being. When you are talented and gited you are more pressured because you can see things the ordinary regular Joe cannot. In other words genius can be both negative and positive. He was human and paid for his genius

In reards to Anonymous…in case you miss the news the first so call victim of the child molestation charges against MJ came out after they got the 25 mill and said they lied and did it for the money…Anonymous check your source before you run your mouth and start rumours…MJ NEVER MOLESTED any one …its sad that even in death he is still being accused..

Diane | 7/14/2009, 12:24 pm EST

“Actually, according to Maureen Orth’s reporting at Vanity Fair, Michael was not clearly innocent.”

Maureen Orth disgraced herself by shamelessly peddling sordid claims about Michael immediately after his death. Her televised self-promoting spectacles–in which she came across as petty, vindictive and mean–left most people questioning not Michael, but her.

This goes out to Mr. Mike, Blah, blah, blah. Michael Jackson was a gift to us no matter what he did with his money and personal life. You have some nerve with all of that attitude and judgement. You need to take a good look at yourself and know that if MJ was not always trying to give to us, his most devoted fans, no one would have known what he was up to, his life would not have been seen under a microscope. There are many out there doing the same who are not being watched by the media and the world constantly so that we know what they are up to including you. Just remember, again, we only know all of his business because he was so hell bent to give to us his fans. That is why is was constantly being judged by people like you. This man who gave so much is dead, have some respect for his children if you don’t have any for yourself.
Les2009

Les2009 | 7/16/2009, 2:09 pm EST

Horace B. you have problems. Why can’t anyone seem to just leave michael jackson to rest in peace now. Whatever he did, he did to himself. It really is no ones business just what he inflicted on himself. Our only business with michael jackson is the many great lyrics he left us to remember our pasts with. Everytime I hear an MJ song, it takes me back to somewhere and even if it doesn’t take me back to the best place I’ve been, it helps guide me the next time I am there. He gave his entire life to entertain America and abroad and I believe that is the way he should be remembered, as a saint, not as some vicious freak. All of those who have bad comments about Michael Jackson, just have no respect and his children should not be left with that part of his legacy, just the good he gave us all!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHOEVER THINKS THAT AT LEAST NOT ONE OF THOSE DOCTORS HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT IS NIEVE…ME PERSONALY WOULD START TAKING THEM INTO CUSTODY AND ASKING QUESTIONS LATER WHEN AT LEAST ONE BREAKS…ME PERSONALLY THE DRUG ABUSE TO ME NOT THAT MUCH TRUE AND IM TAKING THE CHANCE BELIEVING IF IT WAS DRUG ABUSE HE WAS GIVEN IT HE DIDNT TAKE ALL THAT ON HIS OWN. MY OPINION FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM AFTER THAT LET THAT MAN BE IN PEACE AS LONG AS WE KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THE DEATH OF MICHAEL

tammy | 7/25/2009, 12:02 am EST

I have watched none of this media hype….I only want to remember Michael’s talent. To his children I say…understand the nature of your father’s gift. He was born to do what he did…it was God given…yes, he worked hard, but God also gives gifts to each person, and to your father, He gave the gift of talent to encompass music, and dance. I watched (and attended) your father during the reunion tour and then felt the reality of how God gives each person gifts. Your father’s gift was an example….because he was not talented due just to practice and hard work, but it was part of why he was here on earth….sounds a bit goofey (I know), but I truly believe he was evidence of God’s gifts. Yes, he worked hard, and he left a legacy. Not sure he realized where to place his gratitude…I don’t think gratitude was to be earthly…rather, as I’ve said, I believe it was from above. Your father made some choices about the people who surrounded him and the things he was willing to expose himself to. Some of those decision could have been part of why his life was cut so short. We all make mistakes….he may have made some…or, he may have simply been around others without a pure heart….needless to say, don’t be victims, just realize that every day, is a gift to do something wonderful with..it’s a choice to pursue the day with a positive attitude. I have to shift my focus away from the pain I sense when I think of the loss felt with his passing, but, I must remember his talent will forever be remembered. I beleive he reaches beyond the impact of Elvis…perhaps because our technology is today more than in the days of Elvis. I believe he was only supposed to be here for a short time…to make a mark (I have no other explanation….I never felt that way before he died). I weep for the loss that has become a reality. I also weep that he did not seem to know the Joy of the LORD who blessed him with his talent and need to perform. I am grateful he was allowed to know the joy of being a parent. He loved his children, and was a child. I do not choose to believe otherwise. Those that choose to believe the acusations, I wish to believe them wrong, and am grateful that I am not expected to make a judgement in his eternity. I will miss his amazing gifts. I pray God’s grace on his children. I hope his children are not as sheltered as their father. To the media….STAY AWAY from them! You have done enough damage by being an influential player in his life. Let his children experience some kind of normalcy in their future by you being “purposely absent”. My prayers are with his children.

I love michael jackson

Rochelle | 8/1/2009, 7:30 pm EST

Michael Jackson knew God when he came into the world. Michael’s mother is a devoted Jehovah Witness, therefore Michael and his siblings were in church three to four times a week growing up. Michael never took the credit for his talent (dancing, writing song, etc.) he gave all credit to God. Michael’s role model was Jesus, and wrote songs about LOVE and HUMANITY (what’s in a man’s heart comes out of his mouth). Michael loved the children and would often quote the Bible saying, Jesus wants us to love the children and for us to be childlike. Michael was asexual, not the kind of man that slept around he kept his body as a temple of the Lord. As for the drugs that creped into Michael’s life (he never sought out to use drugs) were for a burned head injury he sustained during the Pepsi commercial and, unfortunately, he became addicted. Michael Jackson was a beautiful human being, the kind of person I would have trusted with my life and with my children. Good Spirits are familiar with one another. Rest in Peace my Brother in God.

Michael mission was to show you how to love one another instead of hate one another.these drugs was the only thing that could have save him so he try them then.So now he his not there anymore ,let his death body rest in peace.Try to be a mom loosing a child like this legend icon.I hope you see the good as well not bypass them and for the media look to advertise how america economi will get better, because Michael did better than you all, focus on something else or find other things to do ,MJJ did all the humanbeing ones ,let start leaving them for a safer place for our kids to come.To the family and the kids:courage and strenght MAY God Bless you all, specially you Germain keep up the good work,by proclaming the good things,to the world.I am so sure that they gonna find something to say about you, don’t worry. They never throug stones one green mango but on yellow one because they are goog.MAY GOD BLESS you all, from the head of haitian sda church .ANAUROAH L CAMERON

1.Get Michael hooked up on drugs.
Result: lost of clear thinking and reasoning
2. Make Michael pay to get any kind of sleep
Result: Steady stream of dollars both for the doctor’s and the Pharmacy.
3.Give Michael a new face.
Result: Another constant stream of income for touch ups here and there, plus additional drugs.
4. Donate sperm and egg to Michael, with hopes that if he dies, one gets a high percentage of his estate, or some claim to it as a result of being declared the biological father. If nothing else the children may help the biological parent upon turning eighteen.
Result: Make a claim for custody. I heard that Dr. Klein did just this!
5. After years of addiction, and soaking him dry financially, force Michael to seek care from another doctor because one know his living time is short and to take suspicion away from the true cause and creator of his addiction.
Result: Michael was under the care of another doctor (for less than three months). Another and the lastest Doctor becomes the fall guy.
6. It was said that Michael Jackson was worth more dead than alive.
Result: Case Closed
