Rihanna Moonlights As Tattoo Artist, Angers Health Dept.

Rihanna’s love of tattoos is no secret, as it seems like every time the “Umbrella” singer is photographed, she’s sporting new ink somewhere. According to MTV, RiRi took her painful hobby to a new extreme yesterday at New York tattoo parlor East Side Ink, trying her hand at being a tattoo artist by inscribing the letter “R” into the bodies of the parlor staff. MTV says Rihanna initially came in to get lessons from her personal tattoo artist BangBang, but the student soon became the teacher when Rihanna tattooed BangBang and two other artists, plus East Side Ink owner Yadira, who got an “R” on his leg as well. “We had a blast,” Yadira told MTV. “It was so funny and cute.” And, apparently, illegal.

TMZ reports that, following news of Rihanna’s tattoo clinic, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene said they’d go to East Side Ink to investigate the incident. “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this,” the NYC Health Department told TMZ, who have video of Rihanna putting her permanent art on the parlor workers. The whole tatting incident might cost Rihanna, literally: If the singer is charged, the misdemeanors carry fines of $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third. If an investigation is opened up, East Side Ink might face some fines from the New York Health Department as well.

I agree that the Neverland Ranch should be an amusement park & a museum as well. The idea of the Moonwalker ride & inside the ranch displays his clothing he wore & performed in & the shoes he danced in. Also the glove, socks & a big screen showing his videos for all to see. And I also think Michael Jackson should also be buried at his dream home.

Sweet Sweet Irony | 7/3/2009, 3:30 pm EST

So the tattoo shop will, in effect, receive the same punishment as Chris Brown. Both parties left their marks illegally. BWA HA HA

I love Schultz’s comment about “throwing down ink.” So cool to use hipster douchebag lingo like that.

I plead to the goverment to let michael to be layed to rest at neverland ranch.Us it like he did , for charities. If they open that up to the public many people would go and the money that is spent there can be used to charties of all kinds. what a waste if they don’t do that .I would pay anything to go there and see his land and home

Okay, I would like to say something that I’ve been meaning to for quite awhile now! Let’s mention name. What is a name? A name is given to in pride. It can be named after someone they admire or cherish – to carry on family name well I can go on with this, but you get the picture. Calling someone a name like Wacko Jacko is very immature and down right nasty. Remember when we were kids as names were being called – of course – Grow up people! His name wasn’t Wacko Jacko – It’s Micheal Jackson given to him from his family with pride and passed down. Mr. King suppose to be a highly repected man with morals – you shocked many people with your name calling – you shouldv’t been more of a repectable person and be more particular with your words – you choosed – people can get in a lot of trouble insulting a person and their reputation – you get it.?. Grow up!! Come on public – give the man the repect and dignity he so deserves. When Elvis passed away – the media didn’t keep going on and on about the negative stuff – it was stopped – thanks goodness. I feel the media went way out of hand on Micheal Jackson’s private affairs. Enough already!! When there are children involved that makes it even worse. We lost a very good person.:( Another thing – Micheal got plastic surgery (nose jobs) What went wrong – I don’t know. He was a beautiful man with so much to offer. I wish I could have had the opportunity to meet such a wonderful human being. It saddens me to no end. I would have told him not once, but over and over what a special and beautiful person he is every day – a gift from above. No need to change or to prove anything to anybody. Your fans loved you just the way you are. Yes, the child abuse from the start didn’t help him and then the false lies that were put against him for money was way out for any woods for me to say about that. It was to much for him to deal with and he took it very hard. Yes, he was calling out for help in alot of ways. The Man In The Mirror – to change his ways actually is a wake up call and was reaching out to us for help. Think about it from the very beginning. People will do anything for money in wrong to hurt someone and it makes me sick!! Micheal did put his money to good use. He was put here on this earth for a reason. I’ll always know that and I know he’ll be watching over me and all his other fans. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family, his children and fans. God Bless you – Micheal Jackson. You were one of a kind and always will be.

I really want to see michael jackson laid to rest at Neverland he wanted a place since in he never had any has a kid.
And it was special he loved it and so did his children he had happy times there until all the lies.
I have always believed in michael being not guilty i believed they all lied about this.
Getting back to Michael Jackson he should be laid to rest in Neverland were we can all feel is presence.
So please let it happen okay RIP Michael god bles his children and his family he loved you all. Dolores
