Michael Jackson 911 Call Reveals “Only the Doctor Was Here”

The audio of the 911 call placed from Michael Jackson’s Los Angeles home in the moments after the superstar reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest is currently streaming on TMZ. The tape reveals that Jackson was unresponsive and not breathing before paramedics were ever called to the scene. “He’s not breathing, we’re trying to pump him,” the unspecified caller told the operator, adding that Jackson was unconscious. The caller also tells the operator that Jackson’s personal physician — identified as Dr. Conrad Murray, who is being sought by the cops — was with Jackson at the time, however Jackson was “not responding to the CPR or anything.” While the caller told the paramedics a 50-year-old man was unresponsive, he never mentioned the name “Michael Jackson.”

The caller said Jackson was lying on the bed, but the paramedic on the line told the caller to put him on the floor. Later, the caller said Jackson was “slumped in a chair.” When asked if anyone witnessed what happened, the caller responded, “Only the doctor was here.” The next question, whether the doctor witnessed what happened, went unanswered as the caller pleaded for the paramedics to arrive quickly. As Rock Daily reported yesterday, paramedics spent over an hour trying to resuscitate Jackson at the UCLA Medical Center, but Jackson’s time of death was declared at 2:26PM PT.

Like or hate jackson as a person, one can never discount his impact on breaking racial barriers, his generosity in his life, and his impact on music and the music industry as a collective. He was as enigmatic as any musician in history, and his combination of music and choreographic movements presented a performance presence never before seen. To have seen him in person was to better understand what he meant to live performances.

He lived a life unimaginable to any other human on the planet. I agree this probably made him psychologically different, childlike but with talent and business savey out of this world. He was the biggest target for extortionists because of this and I imagine if I had the chance to spend time with him, i could have said something to appeal to his nature, found a window and struck and friendship. Thank god he lived his life in such a way to keep most people at a distance but still a few got in and took what they could from him. He was the biggest influence on most of us and shaped a few generations when it comes to music, fashion etc… We should just remember him for what he gave us all and leave any unproven allegations in the past. I would hate to think if I died a few people were gossiping about hearsay, let alone a few million people.

first heard of Michael Jackson when I was a little kid and watched the cartoon on TV. “Off The Wall” was just about a year or so before I started getting into music other than The Monkees, The Beatles an Elvis (all my parents exposed me too). I was in 8th grade when “Thriller” came out and at that point I remember the MJ bashing started. The first one I remember was “What’s the difference between Richard Pryor and Michael Jackson? Coke burned Richard Pryor, and Pepsi burned Michael!!!” There were many others, but basically this dude has been constantly made fun of his whole adult life.

1. Eddie Murphy seriously fucked with him on his first two concert films, even making allusions to his sexuality on “Raw”.

2. He was shown as an alien in “Men In Black”.

3. The Wayans brothers have been fucking with him for 20 years.

4. Tabloids worldwide have done more bullshit crazed stories on the dude than any other entertainer.

5. Hate speech against Michael Jackson has been commonplace for decades. Even people who didn’t believe the allegations would still verbalize a complete unwillingness to let him around their children, even though the chance of ANY celebrity being around their children would’nt happen either.

6. He was NEVER been able to enjoy a normal day in his entire life.

How many of you would completely lose your minds if faced with the pressures he had? How many of you would be able to handle the extreme love or extreme hate from so many strangers? How would you react to just knowing that virtually the whole world had a strong opinion about you. That you could never hope to meet someone that never formed an opinion of you? That didn’t know who you were?

Now this doesn’t excuse criminal behavior, especially towards children. But we have to remember that he was not convicted of anything. So just let the brother rest.

I’m truely sadden that Michael is gone…I remember watching him on tv as a young girl & was in awe by the way he moved! I would try to practice his moves on the kitchen floor. though, i never mastered it like him. He influenced me musically as an artist, a dancer & entertainer…when the whole world grieves for one person…it goes shows how truely loved he was.

Amazing talent across multiple platforms who had a surreal life with nothing normal about it. Sold a lot of records, made and spent a lot of $, exhibited incredibly bizarre behavior, possibly molested kids and was treated like a sideshow act by most of society. Very sad when you come right down to it.
