  • Mark Hoppus made Blink-182 nervous with a few Twitter posts indicating the band would cover Lady Gaga — with Perez Hilton on vocals — on their summer reunion tour, MTV News reports.

  • Anvil will realize their arena-rock dreams by opening two gigs for AC/DC, Billboard reports. The band made famous by the documentary Anvil! The Story of Anvil will perform July 28th at Boston’s Gillette Stadium and on July 31 at New Jersey’s Giants Stadium.
  • A sign taped to the wall at John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s 1969 bed-in is hitting the auction block, according to the Edmonton Journal. Christie’s is handling the sale of the note that reads “L’Amour Et La Paix.”
  • Against Me! drummer Warren Oakes has released a statement that says he has left the band reports Punk News. Frontman Tom Gabel blogged about looking for a new drummer a month ago that implies Oakes was fired.
